Expired theatre voucher reissued
Although our theatre vouchers expired because of the lockdown, Theatre Tickets Direct still honoured them, despite being bought way back in December 2019. The level of customer service I received was exceptional and I really appreciated it. I dealt with Nandeep in customer services, who was quick to respond to my emails, polite, and very helpful throughout. I was worried about losing the value of the vouchers, but I'm happy to say that the staff at Theatre Tickets Direct went the extra mile to reissue them with valid codes for their website. It was a huge relief to have such amazing customer service and support during this difficult time, and I can't thank them enough.
Rushed booking mistake
I made a silly mistake when I was in a rush to buy tickets online. I didn't realise I wasn't feeling quite right at the time, which made it hard for me to double-check my order. Luckily, the customer service rep, Nandeep, was really helpful in sorting it out for me. I explained what happened, and he managed to help me without me having to lose all my money on the booking. I'm really thankful for his understanding and prompt help. I'll be sure to make sure I'm feeling okay before I buy tickets in the future.
Phantom of the Opera tickets exchanged due to snowfall
We were buzzing to see Phantom of the Opera on the 2nd of March, but then it started absolutely chucking it down with snow! We couldn't make it to London that day, so I gave them a bell and had a chat with this lovely lady who completely got where we were coming from. She asked for three alternative dates that would work for us, and in no time at all, she got back to me to say that she had sorted out the exchange. Now we're all set to see the show in April and we're over the moon with the service we got.
Theatre tickets with great customer service.
I had such a great time dealing with this company! The customer service was absolutely fantastic, especially Nandeep who really went out of their way to help me fix my error of booking tickets for the wrong date. The ticket prices were really competitive, much cheaper than other websites I'd looked at. The company's professionalism was excellent, and I am very happy with the service overall. Big thanks to Nandeep for all the help!
Booking theatre tickets at challenging times
So, because of that issue, we missed out on seeing the play we really wanted multiple times. But this amazing person, Nandeep Vyas, sorted out our tickets and got them extended for us. Now, we finally have tickets for 16th July and I can't wait to see "Dear Evan Hansen", all thanks to Nandeep's fantastic customer service skills.
Voucher refusal during Covid
My voucher had expired just 20 days before I tried to book a show, and they wouldn't let me book anything. I tried to explain my situation, but they didn't show any sympathy. It seems really cold-hearted for them to keep our money when theatres are in desperate need of cash.
Email vouchers, Nandeep Vyas
Nandeep Vyas really saved the day for me when I had a problem with my paper vouchers. He was so helpful and effective at helping me use my email receipts instead. Thanks to his quick thinking and professionalism, the whole process was super easy. I'm really grateful for his top-notch customer service. It's disappointing to see bad reviews, but I've had a brilliant experience with TTD personally.
Group booking for theatre tickets
Booking tickets for a group of 10 can be a bit of a pain, but this company really made it easy and fast. The service from the staff member, Nandeep Vyas, was outstanding. They were so helpful, patient, and quick to respond to any questions. I really appreciate their help and how professional they were. I'll definitely be using this company again in the future.
Quick refund process
I was so shocked when my show got cancelled, but the company quickly emailed me to say I'd get my money back in 3 days. They explained clearly that some would go back on my card and the rest would be on a voucher. And you know what? It all happened exactly as they promised! And it was great that they extended my voucher as well, so cool!

Voucher extension issue
I bought a gift voucher for the theatre, but I couldn't use it because of the pandemic and lockdowns. Sadly, my 90-year-old mother-in-law passed away from Covid. When I finally tried to use the voucher, it had expired. I felt really upset because other companies are extending their voucher expiry dates, but this one refused to do so. It just doesn't seem fair!
Ticket change with Nandeep Vyas
Nandeep Vyas was really helpful and kind when I needed to change my ticket reservation because my travel plans suddenly changed. He sorted out the new date for me and even upgraded my ticket. I'm really grateful for his help, it made my first trip abroad go so smoothly with no issues at all.
Forgotten vouchers re-issued
The customer support team were really great when I got in touch with them about some vouchers I couldn't find from back in 2017. Nandeep was quick to sort it out for me and got a new voucher sent over, which I was really grateful for.
Expired vouchers
I'm so angry about the vouchers I bought being expired already! The customer service person was really rude and didn't believe me when I told them. It made me feel so upset and disappointed. I definitely won't be buying from them again. Please don't make the same mistake and avoid buying from them!
E-tickets purchase
Ryan provided a really helpful and nice service, but the e-ticketing system could do with some tinkering. It might be a bit tricky for older folks who can't print tickets, and it's a bit annoying not being able to save them to Apple Wallet.
Terrible customer service experience
I'm afraid my experience with this company was really disappointing. I had a problem with my order and tried to sort it out via email, but I didn't get any replies to my messages. The fact that they didn't communicate with me or seem to care about my concerns has left me feeling very unhappy.
Messed up my booking date
I made a bit of a mistake and booked the wrong date for a show. I thought I was going to lose £160, but thankfully Vyas Nandeep helped me out and sorted everything. In the end, my birthday treat turned out great. I'm so grateful!
Voucher validity dates issue
I bought a voucher for a theatre show using this service recently, but I found that the dates of validity weren't made very clear. This caused a lot of frustration for both me and the person I gave the voucher to when we tried to use it, and we couldn't extend the dates either. It was really disappointing not to have clear information and it didn't make the service look good. It felt like the only one gaining from this mistake was the theatre tickets provider. This whole situation wasn't great and I think there are better companies out there who are more trustworthy and open in their dealings.
Rebooking assistance
I had to change my theatre tickets because I was unwell, and this chap called Nandeep Vyas from the company helped me out. He was really professional and made a real effort to assist me with rearranging my booking. I would absolutely suggest using their service again.
