Car park booking
I parked my car in that car park and someone vandalised it, drove it for nearly 400 miles, and stole stuff from it. When I told the company, all they offered was a measly 20% off my next booking. Can you believe it? Absolutely shocking!
Confirming my reservation
I recently made a parking reservation with this company and was quite disappointed with the service I received. Despite confirming my booking ahead of time, I ended up waiting for over two hours to be picked up from the airport, which was a major inconvenience. I had to call the company multiple times during this wait, but each time I was met with broken promises and even rude behaviour from one of the staff members. This unprofessional conduct was unacceptable and has left me with a negative impression of this parking service. I would strongly recommend that potential customers reconsider booking with this company, as the low prices do not make up for the poor quality of service.
Parking service experience
It's probably fine if everything goes well, but this company is just a middleman and they don't really care about the quality or professionalism of the parking providers they recommend. And if you have an issue, they just wash their hands of it and leave you to sort it out yourself because they're just the middleman.
Stranded at airport, paid twice
I'm afraid my booking didn't go through to the company, so I was left at the airport without the meet and greet service I'd paid for. This meant I had to scramble to find another provider at the last minute, resulting in me paying double the price due to the urgent situation. I've tried to get in touch with both companies several times, but haven't heard back from either. I'd suggest steering clear of this service in the future.
Parking experience
My most recent experience with the airport parking service was really disappointing. Everything, from dropping off our car to getting back to it, was just full of delays, wrong information, and worst of all, theft. When we got there, we had to wait way too long for the shuttle bus to the airport which almost made us miss our flight. The journey back was even worse - we were left standing in the rain with our young children for far too long, even though we had let them know we were there. Finally, when we got back to the car park, we found out that our car had been messed with and things were missing. Stealing stuff from a customer is just outrageous and completely unacceptable. When I tried talking to the staff about it, they didn't seem to care and were actually disrespectful, even laughing at my concerns. The way this parking service treated us was just terrible and unprofessional.
Terrible Parking Experience
Oh my goodness, I can't believe how terrible this parking spot is! I reserved a space and then tried to cancel straight away, but they made it really difficult and took ages to refund me. On top of that, they charged me extra money for no reason at all - it's so unfair! I later discovered that the parking spot is really far from the airport, and they don't even offer a shuttle service. Can you believe it? And then they expect you to pay more for their driver to take you there - it's unbelievable! I'm so disappointed and angry, I really wish I had checked the reviews before booking here. Avoid this place at all costs, it's a complete disaster!
Mobit Airport Parking review
My dad thought he had sorted out a parking spot for our family holiday, but it turned out to be a complete disaster! When we arrived, there was hardly any space to park our car. It was just a small patch of land with a few caravans and scattered cars. To make matters worse, no one answered our calls for help. By the time we did arrive, the police were dealing with other angry customers who had experienced the same terrible service. It was a nightmare! We had no choice but to park at the airport, which ended up costing us a lot of money. Luckily, we had enough time before our flight to sort it out, but it was still a huge inconvenience. And the horror stories we heard about damaged or stolen cars just added to the mess!
Airport parking experience
My airport parking experience was pretty disappointing if I’m honest. When I got back from my trip, I found an SD card in my glove compartment that wasn’t mine. It had some dodgy photos on it, suggesting some shady stuff happened with my car while it was in their hands. This breach of trust and privacy isn't on, and now I feel really creeped out and violated. The staff showing such unprofessionalism and lack of security measures is worrying, and it's definitely made me see this service in a negative light.
Drop off parking experience
The website doesn't tell you about the extra charge for drop-off parking at Stansted airport. I had to wait at least 5 minutes for someone to pick up my car, and when I got back, I had to wait 10-12 minutes even though I called them three times after landing. And to make matters worse, when my car eventually turned up, the driver's mat was covered in huge muddy footprints! Definitely not the level of service I was hoping for my Range Rover. All in all, a let-down and I won't be using them again.
Missing items and poor service
I used this service recently and, to my dismay, when I got back, I found out that my phone and money were gone from my car. It was obvious that someone had gone through my car, leaving me feeling really upset and annoyed. The staff didn't seem reliable and it's obvious that there are problems with theft here.
Mud mess
I was proper peeved when I went to pick up my car on the 15th of February and it was absolutely covered in mud! I went to ask the bloke where it was parked and he scarpered off like he'd pinched something. They don't even wear uniforms, so how can I trust that they actually work here? I just handed over my car, no paperwork, no signature. Proper dodgy, if you ask me! And on top of all that, I had to fork out a hefty parking fee at Terminal 3 short stay. I'd recommend steering clear of this place, folks!
Manchester Airport Parking
BE WARNED STAY CLEAR AVOID AT ALL COSTS
On arrival at the airport and calling them 30 minutes before, they arrived 40 minutes late to collect the car leaving very little time left to check in, they know what time you're arriving so there is little excuse and it was 4am in the morning so can't imagine they were that busy.
It gets worse on arrival after our holiday, 1 hour and 40 minutes waiting, millions of phone calls which resulted in them advising me they had lost my car and to call the police before hanging up on me, they then just ignored my phone calls leaving me wondering what the hell to do. In the end it was a driver that called me to say he was on the way with my car. I have contacted them for a refund only to be ignored. They left myself and my disabled wheelchair using partner stranded without a care in the world or even an apology, all of this caused me a great deal of distress and not what you want on your return from your holiday. Whilst waiting I got chatting to another couple just arriving ready to jet off, they had been waiting for this company for 40 minutes. Worst valet service. Took almost an hour after contacting them to come and pick the car. Please don’t go for Mobit parking. They offer cheap prices and the service is horrible.

Be careful.The service advertised is for your car to be left in a multi story car park.Make sure your car is less than 2 metres high.Difficulty contacting this company.Await refund, will post when i receive.READ THIS ,MAKE UP YOUR OWN MIND.
