Off-road bike
I bought a cracking off-road bike from this company not long ago, and I've got to say I'm chuffed to bits with how it all went. The bikes they sell are top quality, and the team there are dead friendly and clued-up. Jigs in particular was a star, he was dead helpful and knew his stuff, answered all my questions without any bother. I'd definitely say give this company a go if you're after an off-road bike, top drawer!

The airport parking service I used was a complete disaster. Honestly, it was a nightmare from start to finish. First of all, finding the parking lot was a nightmare with a sign hidden behind wheelie bins. Then the shuttle buses were a mess - dirty, falling apart, and one driver even asked us to hold up a broken tailgate! And don't get me started on the rude drivers.
When I finally got back from my trip, I discovered that my car had been moved 6 miles within the parking lot, which was frustrating considering the limited space. The wait for pickup was ridiculous too - I had to wait for an hour along with other disgruntled customers.
Overall, the supposed cost savings just aren't worth it. The service is so inconvenient and low quality that I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.Review about: Beautinow

Outsunny Single Sun Lounger
I've not heard of OnBuy.com before, but came across them whilst searing for a garden sun lounger. I was a little nervous to place an order because unfortunately all you hear about are the scams & cheats that seems to dominate the web and so was mindful placing my first order.
BUT my order was processed straight away and I received the lounger very quickly within 5 working days.
The lounger was well packaged.
My only complaint is that the large box was left on my doorstep as I wasn't at home. I didn't get any notification to say it was arriving. I didn't get any notification that it had been delivered. I was lucky it wasn't stolen from my doorstep.

Digital Marketing Course
I have been EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with my experience with Shaw Academy.
The class delivery system is bizarre, I have no idea why you need to schedule your classes as unless you purchase the expensive toolkits in addition to the already pricey fees, the recordings are much better than the (obviously not) 'live' classes as you can pause in order to take notes where required. It seems that the only 'benefit' of the 'live classes' is the chat function, but this only speaks to a bot of no use, not a real teacher.
I signed up to a free trial for the digital marketing course. Initially this was just something to do in order to pass the time in lockdown, but having completed the first module I was considering completing the other three to finish the whole 'diploma'. Towards the end of module one I received an email prompting me to purchase the e-certificate for Module One. I was not too concerned about having a certificate but the Shaw Academy WILL NOT ALLOW you to access the later courses without purchasing the e-certificate at each earlier stage - RIDICULOUS. This email gave options for discounted memberships which advertised access to as many courses as I liked within the time. Given this was in the e-certificate email, it implied that the extra costs such as e-certificates and possibly toolkits would be included in the cost. HOWEVER, having spent £100 TERRIFYINGLY EASILY with their 'one-click' purchasing, it became immediately obvious that I would still need to pay £40+ per certificate - EXTORTIONATE.
IMMEDIATELY I emailed support to see if a refund could be arranged given that there was a misunderstanding in the product purchased and that I had not used the additional services yet.
I received a response that did not really address the issue but did at least inform me that management had credited my account with a toolkit and e-certificates for the modules in order for me to continue.
THIS WAS A LIE!!! I emailed several times to confirm what was happening a there was no evidence of this credit on my account and have received NO RESPONSE AT ALL!!
And when I clicked to complete the final assessment for Module 1, I have been charged for the e-certificate that they told me I had already added to my account!!!
Once again, with the TERRIFYING one-click purchasing that requires no verification or confirmation from you.
It is DISGUSTING how you ignore customers when you have problems and I have found it IMPOSSIBLE to find a phone number to speak to a human being about my issues.
Please RESPOND to deal with a VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.Nicole - it isn't that you are having issues. You have done exactly as they intended you to. You have been scammed. Cancel your bank card immediately, else they will continue. It is deliberate fraud.

Never trust a company with 'Trust' in their name
I also experienced the very short notice 'allocation oversight' cancellation of my car park booking at Edinburgh Airport which was caused by the parking company refusing to deal with them. Trusted Travel have repeatedly promised they will refund my £30.78 since my holiday in middle of December but they have never come true. I have several emails from Customer service Rick promising the earth but never delivering. I'm always told it should appear in my bank within 5 or 10 days max. How many others have been robbed of their cash and had to pay again for parking?
As others have said, they NEVER answer their phones and although Rick appears to answer emails quickly, there's a whiff of automation on them when they start "Dear mackayfamilyuk".
They may have been okay in the past but you can see that in recent times they have been trashed on review sites. I would NEVER EVER 'Trust' them again....for anything!
Remember a fool and his money are easily parted. I was that fool. You have been warned....AVOID!

We have exactly the same story. Turned up at Gatwick and had to pay again as Ace Meet and Greet had not been paid by Trusted Travel and our booking had been cancelled as time was running out we had to pay again and two months later we are still waiting for a refund although every time we email they promise a refund within 5-10 days. Their telephone number is unobtainable. Currently trying to get a refund from credit card protection.
Booked meet and greet 3weeks ago had no confirmation after contacting them numerous times never received an email back from them . They took two lots of money luckily I paid on my credit card and should be able to claim the money back. Do not use this company they should not be able to trade . The only thing you can trust with trusted travel is no parking no confirmation and they take your money.
