Car battery
I messed up when I ordered my car battery and ended up getting the wrong one. It arrived pretty fast, but once I realised my mistake, I got in touch with customer service to sort things out. The people I spoke to were really nice and professional, they explained how I could return the battery in a really clear and simple way. I sent it back and they gave me a refund without any fuss. I've told other people about this company now because of how well they communicated and helped me out.
Car battery warranty replacement
I'm not really sure what happened, but my car battery died sooner than expected even though it was still under warranty. I gave them a call, had a quick chat with a guy called Dave, and suddenly a replacement was on its way. It arrived the very next day. I've purchased quite a few batteries from this place and I have to admit, they are excellent quality. I wouldn't even think about going anywhere else.
Small part purchase
I needed a little part to finish putting in a battery and was really happy with the great service I got. A lovely young woman called Leigh was so helpful and even sent the part to me without any extra cost. My original battery order turned up when it was meant to, and the extra help from Leigh made the whole thing fantastic.
Quick Buy
I made a quick purchase but it hasn't arrived the next day as promised. I placed the order on Friday and it still hasn't been delivered by Monday afternoon. They mentioned that orders placed after 3pm on Friday don't qualify for next day delivery, but I'm confused as to why they charge extra for it. I'm really not happy with the situation.

I recently ordered a battery from this company, but my order got cancelled within an hour without any explanation. I tried to ask why, but they didn't get back to me. I really should have checked the reviews before buying from them. It was a letdown and a complete waste of time.

I bought a car battery from this company not too long ago, and I have to say, it was a total letdown. They promised next-day delivery, but six days passed and still no battery. Next day delivery advertised
I was really looking forward to receiving this new battery that was supposed to be delivered the next day. But when Wednesday came and the battery didn't arrive, I was really let down. I gave them a call and they told me they had already sent it, but later I discovered they hadn't even dispatched it yet. How frustrating!

I bought three batteries from this company recently - two leisure ones and a small generator starter battery. The leisure batteries arrived fine, but the starter battery had leaked during delivery because it was only in its box. I emailed customer service and had two chats, but no action was taken. I had to call them, and they said not enough liquid had leaked to worry about, which I found unacceptable as corrosive liquid escaping could damage the battery. I was disappointed with the customer service and the lack of care for the products they send out.
Quick order with next day delivery
I ordered a battery at 10am and got an email confirming it, but then at 5pm the same day they cancelled my order without saying why! I was so mad, like why even bother confirming it in the first place if you're just gonna cancel it later with no explanation? It's like they don't care about their customers at all.
