It would be a good idea for the company to update their bus stop directions to prevent the same thing happening again.

This mix-up has really frustrated and disappointed me with the company. Their customer service team has been quick to reply with standard "we're looking into it" emails, but no real progress has been made in solving the issue. Their lack of action has made me doubt the reliability of Airband as a service provider. I'm asking Airband to refund me the extra charges and sort out the ongoing internet problem without delay.

The insurance company said it was my fault for not looking after my dog properly to stop the accident, even though my garden fence was secure and there was no way my dog could have escaped. When they reviewed my claim again, they still didn't take into account the evidence I provided. I'm really disappointed with how they handled everything and I won't be recommending this insurance provider to anyone.

The prices for this service are honestly crazy! They go up so fast if you don't book straight away. Shed purchase
I had the most awful experience with this company! I ordered a shed and waited for 5 weeks for delivery, only to receive the wrong one. It was a nightmare from start to finish. There was no communication about my order, and when I finally asked, it magically started moving forward. The delivery was a disaster - no date or time given, just a vague instruction to look out for a van. The shed was left at the front of my house, and I had to carry it up stairs to my garden. And to make matters worse, it wasn't even the shed I wanted! It's been over a week now, and there's still no solution in sight. I ordered the jeans in a size 10 which usually fits perfectly when I shop at Topshop and ASOS, however these jeans had no chance of fitting. They are so tight around the waist but so long and baggy on the legs, I don’t know who these jeans were made for? Everything else I ordered I got in a size Medium, but upon arrival everything has came in a size Large which is way too big, I got a medium as I wanted the clothes to be baggy but my tops are now the length of a dress on me. All of the products apart from the jeans are amazing quality and I would have loved them if they had just came in the size that I ordered. Delivery was great, arrived the next day at midday.
