Sparkly Clothes
I've got so many sparkly clothes from this place and I absolutely adore them all! The quality is fantastic and the service is exceptional. Even my daughter-in-law is still rocking her sparkly Christmas jumper in February, and I've had my sparkly sweatshirt for 3 years now and it still looks amazing. They wash really well and the glitter stays put. I honestly can't recommend this place highly enough!

I spent a massive 80.80 pounds on my order, but after waiting for 2.5 weeks, my package is nowhere to be seen. I've tried calling several times, but no one answers or calls me back. I've also sent loads of emails, but have not received any replies. It feels like I'm stuck in a void with no communication, and I feel completely helpless. To be honest, this whole situation seems like a scam to me. I'm still left without my shoes, and I wish I never ordered from them. Avoid this place to save yourself the frustration.

One-size-fits-all gown
I bought this gown from the store and I have to say, I'm really impressed. It's made of really soft and light material, which makes it really comfy to wear. Even though it's supposed to be "one size fits all", it fits me perfectly. I'm 75kg and 1.82 meters tall, so I was surprised it fit so well. I've only worn it once and haven't washed it yet, but I'm already impressed with how good the quality is and how nicely it fits.

Booking on 24th December, redirected to fraudster travel agency
I just want to warn you about booking through this website because my experience was absolutely dreadful. I booked my ticket on the 24th of December, and instead of getting my ticket, I got redirected to a dodgy travel agency called Airwaay.co.uk. They scammed me, took money without sending any tickets. I never got a confirmation for my booking, and to top it off, a few days later I got a call from Travelcrew asking for more money that wasn't mentioned before. They said they wouldn't confirm my tickets unless I paid extra. I didn't waste any time - I got in touch with the police, my bank, and my lawyer to get to the bottom of this dodgy situation.

My recent experience with the online purchase delivery to Ireland from Alpine Trek was incredibly frustrating. I'd been really looking forward to my delivery for 11 working days, but it just never turned up. I tried contacting customer service several times to check on my order, and every time I got pretty unhelpful responses. The first time I called, they said I was being impatient, which was quite disheartening. Then, on the second call, they told me their systems had crashed and promised a callback within an hour, but it never came. Today, when I called again, they said they couldn't find my order and the only thing they could do was offer me a refund, which might take weeks to process. The lack of organisation and communication from their end was really disappointing, and I felt pretty let down by the whole thing. All in all, the customer service I received was terrible, and I definitely won't be coming back as a customer in the future.

I got this backpack last year for my holiday and was really looking forward to using it. But the zips on both side pockets broke after just one use! This company is just a complete scam! My experience with them was a complete nightmare from the beginning to the end. We booked a car through a third-party website for a specific price, but then when we went to pick it up, they surprised us with extra charges and fees. The final cost ended up being over three times what we originally agreed to pay. The car itself was in really bad shape, with a noticeably dented front license plate. When we returned the car in the same condition we got it, they tried to say there was damage and wanted to keep our deposit. It was obvious that they were trying to con us out of more money, and there's absolutely no way I'll ever use this company again.

I've been shopping with this company for about 3 years now and I really like using their facial cleanser Nicumin and Paraania oil. The first and second time I ordered from Autodoc was fine, I got lucky it seems, it was the third time when I recieved the wrong parts that I learnt about their customer service abilities; it's like their team is all truant fourteen year olds; no respect, no competence, very much a "computer says no" attitude. Two months after recieving the wrong parts the wrong refund value was eventually sent; a little too much if they still intend to send me the outstanding part i still need, too little if it was intended as a full refund; at present I still dont have a straight answer which it it, so I'm in limbo, should i order it elsewhere? I don't know... I've never written an online review before, if it's good who would bother? It's why i think reviews can give an unfair picture, and if it goes bad I understand mistakes happen, normally people sort it out asap, however in this case I've been treated like I dont matter in the slightest, and so I'd like to protect you, the reader, from making the same mistake. Completely avoid Autodoc and any other website which is also them; you can tell if the website layout is very similar and the parts cost the same, but certainly includes onlinecarparts.co.uk, and buycarparts.co.uk

Delivery
The mark of a good company is how they respond when things go wrong. Using this measure then parcel2go must be down there with the very worst.
I took out extended cover to ensure an item I was sending was covered to its value. It's was packed well, bubble wrapped in multiple layers and externally very secure.
Unfortunately the package was still damaged, damage that could only have been inflicted through major mishandling. So I contacted parcel2go to claim. Sent a photo of the damage and waited.
I got an email informing me that I hadn't provided enough information. I needed to supply photos of the internal and external packaging. I pointed out that nowhere does it suggest such photos would be required or advise that you take them, but apparently without them the claim could not be processed, despite their agent accepting the parcel and the clear damage, which could only have been caused by significant mistreatment.
I pointed out that I couldn't provide these 'required photos' and as a result the 'deadline' for claims passed and my claim lapsed.
The claim process is a sham, designed to make it nigh on impossible to succeed in a claim.
They don't care, they work on getting as many deliveries as possible, quantity not quality, if a few of us drop out of the end due to terrible experiences, it's ok because there are plenty more lured in by the ultra low prices.
I've learnt the hard way that it's cheap for a reason. Pay a couple of quid more and get a professional outfit on the job if you value your delivery.
