Terrible customer service. Delivered the wrong item, item was returned, when asked to refund cost of return because of their error they insisted a photo be sent of "the defect" in the item. We explained that there was no defect, it was just the wrong item, and that it had already been sent so no photo could be taken. They could not understand this so we just requested the refund for the item and not the return cost but they became unpleasant in the email exchange and have now stopped replying. Avoid at all costs.

I instantly love the moment I stepped into the house and smelled something excitingly different. I had to look around if we had a visitor with high taste of perfume, or perhaps he just left the house. Actually, it was my wife who bought new cleaning products from Ecovibe for the house. I had to go curious about the products and found out they were simply created but unique for all cleaning purposes including toilet and bathroom. The cleaning foam, brushes, liquid soap, sponges and the rest. "We have to be buying these for the house henceforth" -that I said to my wife. Since then, we have been buying the cleaning items from Ecovibe and we are totally loving what we are getting. I totally recommend to others.

My uncle had a ghastly motor accident last year. It took away his legs. The doctor told us he could not walk again. We were all sad. He had no wife or children. We needed someone who would assist him in bath, preparing meals, and taking care of the house. We heard about Caring services and applied for an assistant for my uncle. Their fee was moderate. We got care soon. It was a young woman. She did a great job I must commend their services. Uncle is becoming better. The doctor said he has little hope that he would walk again if he is being taken care of.

Although the hotel and the staff were excellent, the food delicious the rooms nice.The travel to and from the hotel to the pick up points were a nightmare, we were taken by another company who's bus should have been scrapped the seats were so uncomfortable with lumps ,no room , after 9 hours we could hardly move so cramped were we, we only had one stop to stretch our legs ,social chit chat completely bypassed our driver, we were given no information about anything,What I'd like to know is where are all the luxury ALPHA coaches as this is my second and maybe my last trip ,I may never get to see one

I purchased an item from Luxplus back in February 2018. Without realising it I have now been informed that I had chosen the membership price, i would never select this as I do not buy regularly from any suppliers. I had not thoroughly checked my visa statement and a year later I discover that the fee i thought was paying for a magazine subscription is actually pertaining to a one off purchase from Luxplus. The original purchase wasn’t even for me it was something my mother had wanted, even more reason for me to not have chosen a membership. Nevertheless my credit card has been debited £8:99 for the last year and a month. On discovering this error i contacted them and other than offering to cancel the membership there is no recompense. I strongly advise others to purchase their products from non membership sites this is an utter con and I have never received any confirmation of a membership account or a password ot anything else supporting my choice. I an appalled at their customer service and cannot believe that this is legal. I will be contacting a solicitor and informing as many friends and associates as possible. Do not use this company
If you paid with Paypal open a dispute!
I definitely did not sign up for membership and followed up (after a single purchase) with an email to confirm. No response. As above, merely buying a discounted product, signs you up to membership and a monthly subscription! These cunning bastards have taken two payments but, after I emailed again and threatening police involvement, I was given a contact site and, after a few hoops to jump through, finally managed to cancel my conscripted subscription! Haven’t saved any money as it has cost me two monthly payments. These underhand methods should be outlawed and PayPal should not serve as agents for them.

I am sorry you feel like you have been fobbed off, however we did visit your property with the intention of installing Storage Heaters under the ECO3 scheme, however your current heating system is not currently covered through the scheme, we only found this out on the visit to your property by the installers. We are looking at alternative solutions and we will be in touch as soon as possible. Again apologies for the delay, but rest assured we are working on a solution for you.My wife and I have been served perfectly by this company they turned up when they said giving us an hour’s notice they were very friendly efficient and clean when they left they even took the empty cans of the drinks we gave them so we didn’t have to touch them first class service
I would really like to give Ecohive a good review,sadly this is not posdible, we applied to Ecohive back in July for the heaters, after giving all the proof they asked for we were told we did qualify. We had an email to say we were booked in asking for our landlords permission, this was given. A man came and surveyed the loft, drilled holes in the walls outside and said the loft would be insulated and the walls would be done. 23/7/220 two came to do the loft, look at the loft and said they could not do this as the loft was boarded over but we had good insulation so would get out heaters. Since then we have heard nothing and have sent emails several times and got no response at all.. We now have 25 year old heaters and apparently have no chance of getting new ones. Terrible people to deal with have tried to apply to another supplier but think they would not accept us as we were signed up to Ecohive. Do not go with this company or you could be stuck.

Firstly id like to apologize for your experience so far that is not the way we do things here at EcoHive. due to Covid 19 we are running on skeleton staff for both installs and admin mostly who are still working from home. We are still trying to catch up from the initial national lockdown and we are following all the required guidelines to ensure everyone safety unfortunately this is meant a hold on some installs.
I have tried calling you a few times to try and book you in for your heating install but had no luck getting through to you.

By telling them it will Cut their bill by 40% when actually it goes up four times.
They’re not fit for purpose.
They have scorch marks on this very worrying so I can’t use them.
They use for stairs and I’m asthmatic should never have them in the first place.
I was never given a survey just came and fitted them quickly left quickly.
Now I’m left with heaters I cannot use it too expensive and when I try and get eco-and Elnur to help they don’t call you back or don’t return your emails they say they will but they don’t.
Matt at Elinore said it was something I was doing and something to do with the element inside it is absolute lies!
I know it’s free but it’s not really at the end of the day when you’re paying for more for your heating then you should!

From the responses I was saying I’m not the only one that’s having problems with them the people that have had them fitted in the summer will sadly find out in the winter how expensive these heaters are.

However after reading the reviews, I'm beginning to wonder if the problem will be solved! I think if everyone made a complaint to BBC watchdog and bring the company to the masses we might get somewhere. I am concerned as winter is coming and it is meant to be a cold one this year and they do seem so expensive to run.

Checked out this website due to a special offer on a bet. I thought why not since it was only £0.50, however after confirming the bet, I was charged £17.50 for a weekly subscription. At no point was I asked to confirm the £17.50 subscription and most certainly did not want it. Have been in touch with customer service for a refund but have been told I agreed to the charge and no refund given. Shocking in the extreme, stay well away unless you want to see charges for subscriptions you don't want.

I managed to get a refund through my bank - Barclays for £45 event though I paid by debit and not credit card
Barclays told me that they would personally take it up with Zest

I have used few products from Weight Loss, and Fitness range.
Before this I had already used similar products,but these are comparatively better. Though rated are on higher side but result is better as I need it always being a sports man.

Disappointing
I ordered a Queen Anne chair and footstool. The order, payment and delivery arrangements were fine.
The delivery was a rushed process, with the driver and his mate refusing to allow time to inspect the product, also refusing or unable to speak English.
Once unpacked the chair had a major wobble, either a leg too short or the frame twisted. We tested to make sure it wasn’t the floor, but even moving it around the room the wobble was still there. The footstool sat fine. The colour of the legs on both items were all different, with scratches and marks.
The cushions were also extremely hard, with no give in them at all. This is not a product built for comfort, just appearance.
We requested immediate collection of both items, but had to wait almost 4 weeks. Again the collection driver and mate spoke no English.
We were informed our refund would be within 3-5 working days. In the end it took nearly 3 weeks and several reminders.
I would not use this company again, their products build quality and comfort are seriously lacking.Review about: 18montrose

One set of Nike shoes and two Canada Goose jacket I ordered as per given guidelines by 18 Montrose
But they delivered two days late as commitment made through their declaration. No complaints for products,no complaints for packing standard,no complaints for cost, but this part of delivery was concerned.I raised my issue with their customers services, though they assured ,this will not repeated again.
