Charm, Earrings, Necklace purchase
I recently popped into a cute little boutique in Westlake, Ohio and ended up treating myself to a charm, a pair of earrings, and a necklace. The whole experience was just lovely. When I walked in, I noticed a funny sign that really put me in the Christmas shopping spirit. The staff at the boutique, called Cara's, were so friendly and helpful. They helped me pick out the perfect pieces and even wrapped them up beautifully with a gift receipt. As a nice surprise, I also got a heart necklace from the Brighton Collection as a freebie, which was a really sweet touch. Cara's Boutique has a great selection and the staff really made the whole shopping trip enjoyable with their smiles and helpfulness. I definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area - it's a gem of a place!
Necklace, leather purse, leather wallet, charms
I've bought a bunch of stuff from the shop, like necklaces, a leather purse, a wallet, and charms for bracelets. The quality of everything is really good, which is why I keep going back for more. The staff at the shop in Simi Valley, CA are so nice and helpful. I've spent ages in there trying things on, and they always make me feel at home. I've actually got to know everyone who works there, and they've been really helpful with all my purchases. Overall, the service and products are brilliant, and I definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for top-notch accessories.
Necklace purchase
I thought the staff at the store were really helpful and professional when I visited. Elisabeth, in particular, knew what she was talking about and helped me find the perfect necklace I wanted. I liked the friendly customer service and had a good time shopping there. I even made a wish list for things I want to buy in the future from the store. The necklace I got is really good quality and I'm really happy with it.
Received package
I just wanted to let you know that my package from Brighton arrived the other day! I am so happy with it - it's absolutely gorgeous and really well made. The design is just stunning, I can't wait to start using it. I wanted to say a big thank you to the Brighton team for their fantastic service and for sending me such a lovely product.
Collectibles
I've been shopping at this store for years now, mainly because I love their collectibles. But I had a really bad experience this Christmas. Liz, who's the assistant manager, was really rude to me. Because of that, I won't be going back there again. I tried to reach out to the district manager, Joyce, by leaving two polite messages, but she never got back to me. I even called the main 800 number, but no one bothered to return my call. It's pretty clear that they don't really care about customer satisfaction at this store. It's a shame because I really do like their products, but I can't support a place that doesn't treat its customers well.
Heart necklace purchase
I bought a lovely heart necklace at your shop not long ago, but it ended up being a bit of a mixed bag. The necklace was a gift from my dear husband who has passed away, so it meant a lot to me. Sadly, after wearing it just once, I noticed the chains on the heart pendant had tarnished. And then, just like that, it somehow disappeared. I've looked everywhere for it, but it's like it's vanished into thin air. Losing it has really saddened me, as it was one of the few things I had left to remember my husband by.
My disappointing Secret Santa gift purchase
Recently, I bought a Secret Santa gift for £20 and I was really let down by what I got. Even though the website said they don't do refunds, I wish they'd warned me that the bracelet might not actually fit properly. The bracelet I got was tiny, like something for a doll - definitely not for an adult. I've got small wrists too, and it was way too small for me. Even my 11-year-old found it uncomfortable to wear.
Earrings that made my ears scab up
The earrings I bought from that place were so awful! They really hurt my ears and left a huge hole in them. I even sent them some pictures, but they didn't do anything to help. And they claim their earrings are amazing, but clearly they're not, my poor ears prove it.
Jewelry turned black after a few years
Don't bother buying this jewellery, it's rubbish! It goes all tarnished in no time and they only offer a one-year guarantee. I've got loads of pieces that have gone all black and are totally useless now. It's way too expensive and the quality is just awful.
Dissatisfied customer
I had a bit of a bad experience with the service at this place recently. I've been a customer for a long time, but after what happened where I wasn't happy with my purchase and wasn't given any help, I've decided to go somewhere else for my shopping. The fact they didn't offer me any discounts, sales, or anything to make up for the hassle has really put me off this place. It's a shame because I used to be a regular here, but the way they ignored my concerns has made me think they don't really care about their customers.
Necklace purchase
I purchased a necklace back in September 2022, and only a few months later in February, I noticed that the chain and charm were looking all corroded, like I'd accidentally splashed acid on them. When I reached out to customer service for help, they were pretty unhelpful and wouldn't cover the cost of return shipping, even though they initially said they would. The supervisor, Paulina, wasn't much help either and tried to blame me for their bad customer service. I'm really let down by the poor quality of the product and the lack of care from the customer service team.
