False Delivery Date Promises
I'm so annoyed with the delivery dates this company keeps giving me. They promise one thing, but then it gets pushed back without any reason. It's really frustrating and it feels like they're tricking me. I was supposed to get my beach chairs by June 4th, but now it looks like I won't get them for ages. It's just like my past experiences with AliExpress, where deliveries can take forever. The fact that they aren't clear or communicative about it is so disappointing.

We ended up having to purchase new tickets and even a new parking ticket, costing us 105 euros total. Dealing with customer service took ages and to top it all off, we got stuck on a roller coaster just before the park shut, missing out on all the other rides. It was such a waste of both time and money!

I've just had a really frustrating time trying to get a refund from this company. I sent back some items that didn't fit, and even though the tracking said that they got them, I had to wait nearly a month without any word or my money back. After lots of messages, I eventually got my money back, and they blamed it on a 'system glitch'. I do like the stuff I've got from this brand, but the whole refund situation was a bit of a let-down.

I've bought stuff from this company before and been happy with everything. But when I wanted a sample of the Charcoal Linen fabric for the Abe Deconstructed chair, things didn't go so well. I called customer service and a nice guy told me they only give samples for custom upholstery. I told him I needed it before buying, but he couldn't help. It's annoying that they couldn't just send me a simple sample. Now I can't go ahead with my purchase. I've tried the chair before and was ready to buy, but now I'm stuck. It's a shame Nkuku doesn't offer this service to customers.

Wow, that obstacle course was absolutely brilliant! It was my third go at it and it was such a laugh. They mixed things up with the obstacles and route, so it was a fresh challenge each time. I had such a lovely time in Kefalonia, staying in this beautiful villa with stunning views and a great pool. It was in a perfect spot, close to Fiskardo with shops and restaurants nearby. The locals were really friendly, the weather mostly behaved, and our rep was brilliant as usual. Vintage Travel made booking super easy and kept us up to date the whole time. The only blip was the unexpected Greek Tourist Tax right at the end.

Travel insurance claim
I recently had a bit of a nightmare with my travel insurance claim. Basically, my suitcase went missing during my trip, and trying to claim with the insurance company was a right pain. To start with, I had to wait around for the airline to confirm that my suitcase was well and truly lost before I could even begin the claim process. This waiting game just stressed me out unnecessarily, you know? Then, when I finally got to fill in the online form given by the insurance company, it was a nightmare. The page kept freezing, making it a real mission to get all the info in there. On top of that, the insurance company wanted receipts and photos as proof of ownership for the items in my suitcase. Trying to find receipts for stuff when I always pay in cash and don't keep records was a nightmare. Even when I provided a receipt for some pricey prescription sunglasses, they wouldn't give me any money back because of a stupidly high excess fee. The whole experience was a letdown, to be honest. The insurance company didn't show any understanding or compassion, which was pretty disappointing, especially after how much I shelled out for the policy in the first place.

Car insurance renewal
I was trying to cancel my car insurance renewal because I found a cheaper quote elsewhere. I made sure to disable the auto-renew feature and even gave them three days' notice before my renewal date. I rented a camper from this company not long ago and I have to say it wasn't a great experience. Two weeks after I gave back the camper, the owner got in touch to say there was a scratch on it. I had a look at the photos he sent and realised that the number plate didn't match the one on the camper I rented. When I told him this, he got defensive and accused me of using a fake picture from the internet. To prove him wrong, I sent a picture of me standing in front of his camper with a different number plate, but he didn't reply to that.
