I love getting deals for places to take my grandkids because we can have a brilliant day out without spending loads of money. Buying and using the vouchers is dead easy and doesn't cause any bother, which makes it a really handy way to save some cash while still having fun.
Food and drink deal
I bought a food and drink deal from Groupon recently and I was really pleased with what I got. The cuttlefish starter was top-notch - perfectly cooked and seasoned. The prawn curry was creamy and had loads of flavour, kind of like a proper Malay curry. All in all, the food was really good quality. The ice cream was yummy and the house white wine, a Viognier from a big-name shop, was fab and only £19 a bottle. Great value!
Various products
As a Groupon customer, I've been pretty happy with most of the stuff I've bought. I haven't given their holidays a go yet, and had a bit of trouble with some plants arriving late in the post. But on the whole, I've been really pleased with the stuff I've got - good quality and loads of choice. They've got a great selection of items and I've found some real bargains on there.
Book voucher purchase
I recently got a book voucher from Groupon and I've got to say, I was really chuffed with how it all went. The website was dead easy to use, and I had no trouble finding the voucher I was after. Redeeming the voucher was a piece of cake, and everything went smoothly without any hiccups. The book turned up right on time, just like it was supposed to, and it was really nice.
Indoor activity booking
The indoor activity was really good, but I was let down by the fact that Groupon didn't let us know about the venue change. It caused a bit of a mix-up and meant my kids were late. Luckily, the organiser really stepped up and made sure my children had a great time.
Reflexology treatment
I bought a reflexology treatment deal because I'd never had it before and was keen to give it a go. The offer was really good value for money, and the treatment was brilliant. It was so relaxing, and the therapist was really helpful, telling me all about the process and answering all my questions. I'd definitely recommend this offer to anyone wanting to try reflexology for the first time.
South Lakes Safari Zoo tickets
We had such a brilliant day out when we used Groupon to buy three tickets for a trip to a well-known zoo. Getting our tickets through the Groupon app was a piece of cake and made our day stress-free. The zoo was absolutely fantastic, and we had an amazing time checking out all the different animal displays. I'll definitely use Groupon again for our next adventure!
Afternoon Tea Voucher
I had a really nice time this afternoon with a friend at a posh hotel having afternoon tea. The service and food were amazing, I would definitely suggest it for a special treat or a chilled-out afternoon. The only downside was a bit of a shock when we got hit with an extra service charge at the end - I would have preferred it to be included in the price of the voucher.
Voucher purchase for MOT
Buying the voucher was really easy and there weren't any problems at all. I used the voucher to book my MOT test without any hassle. I just took the voucher to the garage and they sorted everything out quickly. The staff at the garage were fantastic and gave great service. I'll definitely use this service again next time.
Hotel voucher purchase
I want to share my experience with you guys. I recently bought a hotel voucher from this website, but I was really disappointed when I got the voucher code three days after my check-in date. I've tried reaching out through their chat system multiple times to get a refund, but no luck so far. Each customer service rep seems to have a different reason for the delay, which is frustrating. I've also not been able to get through to a UK contact number to talk to someone directly, making things even more irritating. Now they want me to contact the hotel to double-check that the voucher wasn't used, making the whole situation even more complicated and slow to sort out.
Bottomless brunch voucher gift
I was really looking forward to surprising my mate with a bottomless brunch voucher from Groupon, but it was a complete disaster! It was nothing like what they promised - the food was cold, the drinks were weak, and the service was shocking. I got in touch with Groupon straight away to complain and ask for my money back, but it's been weeks and I haven't heard anything back. It's so annoying that they're still selling this awful experience to other people. I wouldn't suggest Groupon to anyone, they don't seem to care about their customers once they've got your cash.
Customer Service Experience
As a customer, I feel really let down by the customer service from this company. It's just so difficult to get any help when you have a problem with something you've bought. No matter how you try to contact them - by phone, email, or online chat - it's like there's no one there to assist you. It's a horrible feeling to be left on your own without any support, especially after spending your hard-earned cash with them. It's as if they just want your money and then disappear, leaving you in the lurch.
Quick and easy gift purchase
I thought it was really handy to buy a gift on this platform. It was quick and simple which saved me from having to trawl through actual shops and go to the post office. The gift was reasonably priced and the person receiving it really loved it.
Sunday lunch for 8
Our Sunday lunch for 8 people was absolutely delicious, we all had such a great time. The hotel and grounds were really lovely, but could do with a bit of a touch up. The staff were incredibly kind and really added to our wonderful day.

I thought I was doing a nice thing by getting a voucher as a birthday present, but I didn't expect it to be such a great experience for them. They used the voucher and really enjoyed themselves. I'm happy I picked that deal!

Wildlife safari experience
My recent wildlife safari was absolutely amazing. We had the whole place to ourselves and the rangers were so friendly and knowledgeable, it really added a personal touch to the experience. There was so much to see and do, I would definitely recommend it to anyone, it's an experience you won't want to miss out on.
Spa day booking
I recently booked a spa day using Groupon and I have to say it was absolutely lovely. The massage I had was amazing, I felt completely relaxed and refreshed afterwards. I can't wait to book another spa day in the near future. It was a real treat!
