I was quite worried about the surveys from this company. They weren't working properly and some even sent me to my crypto account without asking. This really worried me about security, so I reported it straight away. Since then, they haven't sent me any more surveys.
Survey platform experience
My time using the survey platform started off well, I managed to cash out twice without any issues. Unfortunately, my account was suddenly deactivated for what I believe was an unfair reason. This meant I lost all the points I had earned, leaving me feeling annoyed and let down by the whole thing.
Survey completion issue
I've just completed a few surveys that got sent to my email. Once I finished each survey, I got a message saying I'd get credit in a couple of days. It's been nearly four weeks now, and still no credit in my account. When I contacted customer service through email to ask about it, they said the surveys might not have passed the quality check. It's strange that all the surveys failed the check, especially when the message said credit would come in a few days. I have to say, I'm really disappointed with how this has turned out.
My survey experience
I thought I'd give this survey thing a go to make a bit of extra money, you know, for some nice things. All I wanted was to hit the payment threshold and withdraw some cash, but it seemed to take ages to get there. This company is honestly the worst! You know, they keep bombarding you with surveys, but as soon as you reach that magic £25 mark to cash out, they go and lock you out of your account. So, I decided to drop them an email to ask what the deal was, and let me tell you, their response was an absolute joke. They had the nerve to ask for personal documents like my ID and bills just to prove that I actually live where I say I do! When I called them out on their shady tactics and pointed out that they were running a scam, they conveniently stopped replying altogether. What a complete waste of time!
Safeguard censor for my computer
I've just put a safeguard censor on my computer to stop online threats, but it's causing problems with accessing surveys on the website. Before I did this, I had a lot of spam and viruses from the site, and now some surveys are blocked while others aren't. It's really annoying for me as a customer.

Couldn't cash out
