Experience with surveys
I was quite worried about the surveys from this company. They weren't working properly and some even sent me to my crypto account without asking. This really worried me about security, so I reported it straight away. Since then, they haven't sent me any more surveys.
Survey platform experience
My time using the survey platform started off well, I managed to cash out twice without any issues. Unfortunately, my account was suddenly deactivated for what I believe was an unfair reason. This meant I lost all the points I had earned, leaving me feeling annoyed and let down by the whole thing.
Survey completion issue
I've just completed a few surveys that got sent to my email. Once I finished each survey, I got a message saying I'd get credit in a couple of days. It's been nearly four weeks now, and still no credit in my account. When I contacted customer service through email to ask about it, they said the surveys might not have passed the quality check. It's strange that all the surveys failed the check, especially when the message said credit would come in a few days. I have to say, I'm really disappointed with how this has turned out.
My survey experience
I thought I'd give this survey thing a go to make a bit of extra money, you know, for some nice things. All I wanted was to hit the payment threshold and withdraw some cash, but it seemed to take ages to get there. I spent so much time and effort filling in all those surveys, only to later realise that I hadn't fully completed them or something. It's just not right, I really gave it my all!

I can't believe how terrible this survey thing is. I did so many surveys and they promised me a reward, but then they accused me of cheating or not completing them! It's really unfair. They're just trying to scam all of us. I wouldn't even bother going on their site, they'll just disappoint you like they did to me.

I must say, this company is really letting me down when it comes to doing surveys for money. It's so frustrating how they just shut down your account out of the blue, especially when you've actually made quite a bit of cash. The same thing happened to me not long ago with another survey site called Greenpathera - they cut me off just when I hit $28. It's just not on!
Survey Scam
This company is honestly the worst! You know, they keep bombarding you with surveys, but as soon as you reach that magic £25 mark to cash out, they go and lock you out of your account. So, I decided to drop them an email to ask what the deal was, and let me tell you, their response was an absolute joke. They had the nerve to ask for personal documents like my ID and bills just to prove that I actually live where I say I do! When I called them out on their shady tactics and pointed out that they were running a scam, they conveniently stopped replying altogether. What a complete waste of time!
Safeguard censor for my computer
I've just put a safeguard censor on my computer to stop online threats, but it's causing problems with accessing surveys on the website. Before I did this, I had a lot of spam and viruses from the site, and now some surveys are blocked while others aren't. It's really annoying for me as a customer.
Survey platform experience
I'd been using a survey platform for quite a while without any problems until about a year ago. I kept getting logged out halfway through surveys which was frustrating as I'd already put time into them. I really didn't like using that survey site! They said they'd pay a lot for surveys but ended up only giving out pennies. And when I finally hit the amount to cash out, they banned me out of the blue!
Recent account issue
I've been using this service for a while now, and things were going pretty well - well, as smoothly as these online surveys can go, you know. But recently, I had a problem logging into my account. I contacted customer support hoping they could help me out. To my surprise, the response I got was not what I was expecting at all. Instead of helping me, they accused me of lying about having two accounts and rushing through surveys. It really threw me off and made me feel frustrated and disrespected.<br><br>I've done loads of surveys on this platform and even got paid for it. So, to be accused of being dishonest and careless was not fair and really hurt my pride as a user. Especially after just cashing out a decent amount of money too. It's upsetting to think that all that work over the weeks could be for nothing because of these baseless accusations.<br><br>I'm part of a few survey sites, and I've never had such a bad experience like this with any of them. The way Lux Surveys' customer support team spoke to me was just shocking and made me question whether I want to carry on using their service.
Couldn't cash out
I was buzzing to hit the £25 mark on Lux Surveys, but when I tried to cash out, it just wouldn't let me! Kept telling me to get in touch with support, but I couldn't even manage that. It's driving me up the wall!
Disappointing survey rewards
I just want to give a heads up to anyone thinking about using a survey site. I've been putting in the hard graft, filling out surveys for months to earn points for a reward, only to have my account get canned when I went to cash in. No reason given, no compensation for all my hard work. Proper frustrating and really disheartening - definitely wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same thing.
