Survey website experience
I really didn't like using that survey site! They said they'd pay a lot for surveys but ended up only giving out pennies. And when I finally hit the amount to cash out, they banned me out of the blue!
Recent account issue
I've been using this service for a while now, and things were going pretty well - well, as smoothly as these online surveys can go, you know. But recently, I had a problem logging into my account. I contacted customer support hoping they could help me out. To my surprise, the response I got was not what I was expecting at all. Instead of helping me, they accused me of lying about having two accounts and rushing through surveys. It really threw me off and made me feel frustrated and disrespected.<br><br>I've done loads of surveys on this platform and even got paid for it. So, to be accused of being dishonest and careless was not fair and really hurt my pride as a user. Especially after just cashing out a decent amount of money too. It's upsetting to think that all that work over the weeks could be for nothing because of these baseless accusations.<br><br>I'm part of a few survey sites, and I've never had such a bad experience like this with any of them. The way Lux Surveys' customer support team spoke to me was just shocking and made me question whether I want to carry on using their service.
Couldn't cash out
I was buzzing to hit the £25 mark on Lux Surveys, but when I tried to cash out, it just wouldn't let me! Kept telling me to get in touch with support, but I couldn't even manage that. It's driving me up the wall!
Qualifications and earnings
I've been using this survey site for a while now and I have to say, it's one of the better ones out there. I get a fair amount of survey invites every day, around 10-12, which is pretty good compared to other sites I've tried. The qualification rate is about 35-40%, which is decent enough for me to make some extra cash. The surveys vary in length, usually between 10-20 minutes, but sometimes you might be lucky and find shorter or longer ones. The annoying part is that you only find out the length after you've answered the qualification questions. The pay per survey ranges from £0.1 to £0.7, depending on the length, so you might end up with less than you expected if you're not careful with the "up to" amounts.
Disappointing survey rewards
I just want to give a heads up to anyone thinking about using a survey site. I've been putting in the hard graft, filling out surveys for months to earn points for a reward, only to have my account get canned when I went to cash in. No reason given, no compensation for all my hard work. Proper frustrating and really disheartening - definitely wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same thing.
