International health insurance
My experience with the international health insurance I bought was really disappointing. They took money from my account without telling me first and were not quick to reimburse claims, which made everything more complicated and slow. The company's communication was really bad, so I felt frustrated and in the dark about what was happening with my claims. Even though I saw some good reviews, I still hadn't been reimbursed for my glasses after two months, despite being told it would be a fast process. They also made me wait 3 to 12 months for certain services, which was not what they said in their ads. Overall, I would definitely recommend avoiding this health insurance provider.
