    Cancer claims assistance

    I recently found out I had cancer and had to deal with the insurance claims team. The people at Freedom Health Insurance were really helpful and made the whole process easy. Javed, especially, was great at explaining my choices and giving me the help I required. Everyone at Freedom has done a fantastic job, always ready to help with any questions or worries I had.

    Recent health insurance purchase

    My recent experience with the health insurance provider has been quite disappointing, to be honest. I've found the service to be really lacking in so many areas. Firstly, I've had to keep chasing up claims because they seem to be taking forever to process. Then there have been times when doctors haven't been paid for legitimate claims, and that's caused some tension with my healthcare providers. The staff have also been pretty unhelpful and rude whenever I've had to deal with them, making the whole situation even more frustrating. And let's not even get started on how long it takes for the company to reply to any correspondence - if they bother to reply at all! Overall, my experience with this health insurance provider has been super stressful and now I really wish I'd gone with a different company for my insurance.

    Health insurance referral issue

    So, I had to go and see a doctor for some pretty tough issues - raised liver enzymes and anemia. I asked for a referral to a specialist, but they said my symptoms weren't severe enough to warrant an authorization code. How ridiculous is that? I mean, cancer can show up without any symptoms at all, so what's their excuse? It left me feeling really upset and annoyed with this healthcare provider!
