AWFUL Experience with LOVE HOLIDAYS
We are having a truly terrible experience with Love Holidays. We are staying at Club Resort Atlantis in Turkey.The resort is not 5 star as advertised. It is old and ..., the pools are small, there are not sufficient sun-loungers, the hotel is overrun with feral cats particularly in the restaurants and food is poor. The electricity in our room goes off several times during the day and night. There is an open fuse box in our room which sparks when you have to click the switch to get the electricity to come back on. Our toilet is broken and the water has been switched off. Despite booking a twin room for our teenage children (16 and 13), we were allocated a double room and our 13 year old son is therefore sleeping on the sofa. Despite writing to Love Holidays on the first day of our holiday and phoning each day since, Love Holidays have not responded to us to address our concerns. We only go on one holiday a year and are very upset and disappointed. We will be seeking a refund from Love Holidays when we return to the UK.Review about: Dorothee Schumacher

Long green winter Jacket with fur collar
After I ordered my jacket I came on and read the reviews. I seen all the negative comments and thought oh great. Im never getting my jacket. However my jacket came 2 weeks later which i thought was a bit long but its beautiful. I'm a size 10/12 normally and went for the xl its perfect. I emailed the company a couple of times and they replied promptly.
Ordered a top Oct 16th . Nothing. Sent several emails. Was told it would arrive in 5 days. There is a tracking status on their website saying it was with the airline on Nov 20th. It's now 10th December - still nothing. I have emailed for a refund. NO RESPONSE. THEY ARE A JOKE!!! DO NOT BOTHER WITH THEM!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN IGNORE YOU!

Scandalous! Crazy to think people out there make fake company’s and sell stuff but you don’t receive anything. Ordered 2 coats for 60 and they never come they sent me an automated email saying they will get back to me..6 week later nothing. Nothing but robbing bastards

Ordered from the 10th jan it’s now the 12feb i still don’t have my parcel ignoring my emails! DONT EVER BUY FROM THEM they take your money.

Yes, you are so right about fake reviews. If you go onto Trust Pilot, they give a warning that some of the reviews have been removed as they are bogus. Since most of the reviews are shockingly bad, I suspect those few positive ones are fake and have slipped through the net. Get your bank to re-charge your account.
SAME HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AS ABOVE CUSTOMERS. I disuputed the charge with my bank and my money has been returned. Suckers!

Please report them to the Citizens Advice Consumer Service on 03454 04 05 06 (Citizens Advise Org UK) - if you google them you can also speak to them via chat or lodge an online complaint.

I also cancelled my card to. I keep getting emails saying about debt collectors if i don't make payment, but i have asked for a contact number on so many occasions yet won't give me 1 which is odd. I have now reported tp action fraud!

Hot Chocolate
Horrible dirt Hot chocolate.
Horrible, horrible, horrible. I wish I never got the 1st free trial because now I'm stuck for 6 months paying £15 for hot chocolate that tastes and smells like dirt. My fault I didn't read to policy about cancelling the product but for a university student who is struggling with money I was pulled in by a promotion on Instagram. Never again am I listening to anyone who is promoting this product who has most likely never tried it themselves and got paid a load of money to scam young people. Now I'm stuck and they won't let me cancel.Have you managed to get out of this ? I’ve got myself in the same situation !
Hi guys I’m in the exact same situation. I have £15 comign out my account twice a month now and I too am also struggling with money due to covid 19. But the owner Gemma baker said I can’t cancel because of their policy. I’ve seen some reviews elsewhere where people contacted their bank to get out of it. Has anyone had any experience of this? Awful company ;(
I never even recieved my trial pack, i have cancelled my bank card & now keep getting emails saying payment couldn't be made, but they won't give me a contact number to call them to discuss which straight away alarm bells ringing as any reputable company would have a phone number. I have now reported to action fraud who from what i have told them they said sounds like a fraud website!
