    Home buyer insurance

    We went ahead and got home buyer insurance from them, thinking it would give us protection if our deal fell through because of things like gazumping. Unfortunately, when we discovered that the property we wanted had Japanese Knotweed in the garden, the seller wouldn't lower the price and we had to back out to avoid losing money. We thought our insurance would have our back in this situation, but it turned out they saw it as a 'lending criteria' problem and demanded a new valuation which we couldn't get. It seemed pretty clear they were more interested in finding ways not to pay out than actually helping their customers. So, we won't be using their services again.

    Home buyer insurance

    So, I bought this home buyer insurance, right, and it all went totally wrong! The sellers backed out, and I had to make a claim. Can you believe they actually accused me of using fake documents in their response? I would never do something like that! I gave them all the proof to show I was innocent, but it's been 9 months and they still haven't refunded my money. It's just so unfair!

    Gold home insurance

    Oops, Insurance is just the worst, isn't it? I signed up for their gold home insurance, but when I wanted to cancel it during the cooling off period, they hit me with a £25 charge. And the policy wasn't even valid until I coughed up the cash and got the documents. So unfair, right?

    Platinum homebuyer protection insurance

    I bought the Platinum homebuyer protection insurance and had to make a claim not long ago. I was really pleased with how easy and efficient the claims process was. The email communication was fast, and they were very clear about what documents I needed to give, which all seemed fair. I've been reimbursed now without any problems. The only downside was being charged £25 for cancelling, which I believe should have been made more obvious from the beginning. Nevertheless, after my good experience with Oops Insurance homebuyer protection insurance, I would suggest it to others.

    I bought an insurance policy from this company not long ago and I have to say, it was a mistake. It all seemed good at the beginning, with flashy adverts and promises of keeping me safe. But as soon as I handed over my money for the policy, it was obvious that they were just interested in making a profit. There was no support for the buyer at all and I felt like I was being conned. None of the things they promised in their policies actually happened, and I was left feeling like I had wasted my cash. I really don't recommend insuring with this company, as you won't get any of the benefits or protection they say you will.

    BTL property insurance policies

    I'm really not impressed with the BTL property insurance policies from this company. They have a lot of policies to choose from, but my experience with their service has been really disappointing. I've had to make several claims in the last two years, and every time there's been a problem - they've said the policy doesn't exist, it's expired, or they haven't received payment. The worst thing was when my boiler broke down in an emergency, and the tradesman they sent didn't even turn up. My tenants were left without heating for 3 days until I had to get another company to sort it out.

    We bought Home Buyers' Costs Insurance from them recently, but it didn't work out in the end. However, Oops was really helpful the whole time. They always responded to our questions and gave us clear details, and in the end, they paid out our claim in just 21 days. I would definitely suggest their services to anyone looking for insurance.

    Refund of home buyers insurance

    I was really looking forward to getting home buyers insurance from this company, but they really disappointed me. I signed up for the insurance, but then after two days, I changed my mind because my dad said his insurance was better. So, I asked for a refund, thinking I would get back all the money I paid. But guess what, they only gave me back a portion of it! What a rip-off! I could have used that money to buy more sweets.

    Gadget insurance renewal

    I highly recommend steering clear of buying insurance from this company. They suddenly stopped offering gadget insurance without letting their customers know, and they say they sent an email about it which many of us never got. When I talked to the Director, they didn't take responsibility and just kept giving me the same answers over and over. They cancelled my policy out of the blue, which left me without coverage when I needed to make a claim. They also got rid of the auto-renewal option because of supposed fraudulent claims, showing that they aren't really committed to honouring their policies. My advice is to find a different insurance provider for your needs.

    Simply the best, Cheap and supper effective.

    I remember when Nelly had some of her home appliances destroyed by fire some months back. I felt that was like it end and that Nelly would have to spend a whole some of money getting those appliances back but was supposed that she never had to do too much getting them. Infact, she had had most of her things fixed two weeks after that accident. I kinda wondered what she did and ofcos I did ask her how she made the turn so quickly.
    Nelly told me, and later introduced me to the Oops Insurance. I signed up, got the form, and only filled it to insure some of my stuffs included my new bike and never gave a star or review about Oops Insurance.
    Well I'm doing so now cos just three days ago, my bike got hit by a truck guy and upon turning to Oops Insurance, it wasn't stressful and they never delayed in helping to fix it.
