    I rented a cottage last year, and it was really disappointing. There was no QR code to scan for legal requirements, the outside bin was overflowing, there was no wardrobe for hanging clothes, damp patches on the walls, a dirty bathroom with low water pressure and a cracked shower tray, and even ice in the fridge. When we complained to the customer relations team after our stay, they didn't take any responsibility. I definitely won't be booking with them again, and I would advise others not to either.

    I just got travel insurance for a family holiday to Florida and I have to say, I really appreciated the help I got from the insurance company. Sadly, my little girl got sick while we were away, but Cedar Tree were there for us the whole time.     I recently got to spend three days at the park, a tradition my family has had for over ten years. Unfortunately, this time was a bit of a let-down. We were surprised to find out that four main attractions we were excited to see were closed for the entire time we were there. The lack of information about this really disappointed and frustrated us. When we arrived at our accommodation, we were hit by a strong smell of burnt food and found dirty dishes and cutlery in our rental. The cleanliness standards seem to have dropped over the years, which was sad to see in a place we love so much.

    I am incredibly angry with the lack of help and support from this insurance company. When my flight got cancelled due to the Dubai floods, I had to wait five days for my bags to be returned and sort out a new flight. I was left without a hotel, clothes, or my luggage for all that time. Oasis had the nerve to deny my claims using some technicality in the policy wording. I'm so disappointed and won't ever rely on them for travel insurance again.

    I recently bought a pair of trousers from your shop. Unfortunately, the size I ordered was too big, so I swapped it for a smaller size and returned the larger one. Surprisingly, a few weeks later I got the same trousers back with no warning. When I got in touch with customer service to ask about it, they said they didn't accept the item because it apparently smelled of detergent. I was shocked by this, since the trousers were too loose on me and I even ordered an even smaller size. How could something that barely fit me smell like detergent? I think this explanation is completely ridiculous and unacceptable. That's why I've decided not to shop at your store anymore.

    The chair covers have arrived and they fit perfectly on my chairs. I was pleasantly surprised at how well they matched the dimensions of my chairs.     I've made the mistake of ordering from this place twice now. The first time, the plants I got were dead when they arrived, and I never received a response after reaching out to customer service. Silly me, I decided to give them another go, but once again, I was let down. This time, I ordered 5 packs of gysophilia and found that the tubers were rotten with the elastic bands cutting through them. Out of the 25 plants I expected, only 6 weren't mouldy. I tried contacting customer service once more, but, surprise surprise, still no response. Absolutely dreadful.

    My experience with this service was absolutely terrible. I've never come across such a frustrating lack of communication and professionalism. I tried to contact them through email and WhatsApp multiple times about a problem with the payment timeline they gave me, but got no response. I made a lot of effort, but nothing was sorted out. It was so annoying how they wouldn't reply and kept sending me to different email addresses. I ended up going through the verification process without a fix, because I was worried about losing my accommodation. They suddenly stopped offering gadget insurance without letting their customers know, and they say they sent an email about it which many of us never got. When I talked to the Director, they didn't take responsibility and just kept giving me the same answers over and over. They cancelled my policy out of the blue, which left me without coverage when I needed to make a claim. They also got rid of the auto-renewal option because of supposed fraudulent claims, showing that they aren't really committed to honouring their policies.
