So, I got a 7-day insurance policy for the car rental, but it turns out I didn't actually need it because the company made a big mistake. Luckily, Nadine was really helpful and managed to sort everything out for me. She kept me updated and even gave me a refund, apart from a £5 cancellation charge. It might not sound like much, but it made a big difference and really eased my stress at the time.
