Comprehensive travel insurance
I bought some travel insurance recently and needed a bit of help with a question I had. I thought it was important to get things sorted out, so I contacted customer service. Chloe was really helpful and managed to answer my query, giving me a confirmation message that put my mind at ease. The cover I have looks pretty good and I feel relieved to have it for my trip.
Auto-renewal without refund
I had a really awful experience with this company recently. They went ahead and renewed my policy without asking me first, and then said they'd cancel it but didn't give me my money back. It's been a whole month now and I still haven't got my refund. The worst bit is I can't even get hold of them - their phone lines don't work, live chat is always offline, and they're ignoring my emails. It's so annoying and really unprofessional. I'd say steer clear of this company at all costs.
Rental confusion
I hired a car from this place thinking I'd only get charged for one day, but ended up getting charged for two! They're really rigid and take ages to reply to emails. I wasn't impressed at all.
