Running shoes for husband
I bought a pair of running shoes for my husband from SportsShoes not too long ago, but I've been really let down by both the shoes themselves and the customer service. After just a couple of months of wearing them, holes started to show up and get bigger in the airflow holes above the toes in the shoe fabric. When I got in touch with customer service about this problem, I was taken aback by their response. They immediately blamed the issue on the shoes being the wrong size, even though I made sure they fit properly with enough room. It was really annoying to keep being told that the size was wrong, and I felt like they were talking down to me, as if I didn't know what a well-fitting shoe should feel like. The material around the airflow holes just wasn't strong enough to handle the movement of running, which led to the holes appearing. The customer support team's insensitive and unhelpful attitude left me shocked.

Yesterday, a guy called Charlie finished setting up my fibre broadband. We had a small hiccup because of a road problem, but it wasn't Lightspeed Broadband's fault. They sorted it out by getting permission from the council to fix the road. They kept me informed throughout and did everything as they said they would. I used to have Sky Fibre, but I'm liking Lightspeed so far - everything's working great, even my cameras and satellite.

I've been a loyal customer of this company for years, but recently I've noticed a big drop in the level of customer service. The staff can be rude, unhelpful, and seem pretty clueless. Sometimes calls to customer service get cut off and no one bothers to call back. It's pretty obvious that the service quality has got worse since the merger. A lot of my family and friends have switched from this company because of similar problems. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, the whole experience has been terrible. There are definitely better options out there that give you more bang for your buck.

After years of searching high and low for the perfect pillow, I've finally hit the jackpot! I've tried so many different ones in the past, none of them seemed to do the trick until I heard about the Hungarian down pillow recommended by Damien Lewis on TV. Me and my husband were both curious about it, so we thought why not give it a go? And let me tell you, it was totally worth it! The pillow is top quality and I've never had such a good night's sleep. I'm over the moon with my purchase and I'm already thinking about getting a duvet from the same range soon. It really was a great find for me.

Rope purchase
I recently bought a rope from this website and I have to say, I wasn't very happy with how it all went down. First off, they didn't let me know anywhere on the site or at checkout that there were shipping delays. It was only after they took the money from my account and sent me a confirmation email that I found out. And would you believe it, it took a whole 4 days just for them to ship the item, then another 12 days for it to finally show up at my door. And get this, the rope I got was a whopping 8 years old! Only issues have been getting texts and emails in error saying I've missed classes or starting at wrong times but support was very apologetic and once in the app it showed correctly. Minor glitches for an overall great service.
The pop ups for one click purchasing are really annoying as I've clicked it accidentally when navigating. Really in your face.

Then you get a £40 customs bill from UPS. Avoid
