Amazing
here are so many things that can affect our pets such as diseases or wounds, if we find out that our pet has been affected by any of these problems, then we shouldn't hesitate to take them to the vets for treatment. Sometimes, it's more preferable to have an insurance policy over our pet care, which will always be ready to stand in if anything that has to do with our pets happens. The insurance policy should be able to cover the health aspect of the life of our pets, it should also be able to cover other aspects including theft cases or straying, injuries, and much more. This will actually put us in a safer condition because the company will be there to solve any problem that comes up. Our pets should be adequately taken care of because they also have a life, we shouldn't imbibe the habit of leaving them to stray around to different places which might be dangerous to them, and we shouldn't leave them to search for their own food because it should be our responsibility to give them food. If we allow them to stray around and eat whatever they see, they may end up eating things that will be harmful to them. Pets are nice to keep, they can be our companion when we're lonely, so we need to treat them right. He was really helpful and suggested I switch to a new capping scheme that would bring down my monthly premium by quite a lot.

Quick Claim Process
I personally think that making people wait for new puppies before they can claim on their insurance is a bit unnecessary. The chances of something going wrong when you bring home a new puppy and take out insurance on the same day are pretty low. Usually, new puppies have already had their vaccinations and aren't likely to have any other health issues. So, the likelihood of someone buying a puppy with illnesses is very low. It would definitely be more customer-friendly if the waiting period took into account these lower risks.

Lifetime cover insurance policy, allergy blood test
So, yeah, my dog had to go and get an allergy blood test because he kept scratching all the time. But, turns out, he didn't actually have any allergies at all! And then, can you believe it? The insurance company refused to cough up for it, saying it was a pre-existing condition. I mean, seriously? My dog has never had this test before, never been treated for allergies, and I've never even tried to claim for this sort of thing before. It's a total rip off, mate. Plus, the premiums are just way too pricey.

I've had pet insurance for my cats Wilbur and Oscar since 2011. It's been really useful for things like dental treatment and when they've been unwell. When Oscar passed away, they were really supportive and caring. Recently, I got a new kitten and they were really helpful with all the extra information I needed. I would definitely recommend them to my friends for pet insurance, they're great!
My dog hospital claim
My dog was so poorly, poor thing had to go to the hospital for three whole days, but thankfully VetsMediCover came to the rescue with the claim! They were really prompt in sending us the form, and our vets took care of everything. We got an email a month later saying it was all sorted. And get this, they even gave us a ring a few weeks later to see how my dog was doing!

The customer service at this company is really bad. They are fast at chasing direct debit payments, but very slow at helping customers with claims. Whenever I call, I'm told I'm "first in the queue", but then end up waiting at least 15 minutes before talking to someone. It makes me wonder if anyone is actually working in their office.
