    As a user of the survey platform, I have to say that my experience wasn't great at all.     MacBook Pro purchase

    I recently bought a laptop from TechTrade and it was supposed to be in "silver" condition, but I think it's more accurately in "gold" condition. The laptop works really well and meets all my expectations. However, I was a bit let down by the delivery service TechTrade used. I paid for next day delivery but the MacBook Pro arrived after 3 days because of issues with the delivery company, DPD. DPD didn't communicate well during the delay and it was frustrating dealing with their unreliable service. Despite all of this, I'm happy with my purchase and would consider buying from TechTrade again in the future if they use a more trustworthy delivery service.

    Ordering my custom-built PC was actually a breeze, didn't face any issues at all. Even though I ordered it during Black Friday and Christmas time, it only took twelve working days for the delivery to arrive, quite impressive really. Got a nice surprise when they upgraded the graphics card at no extra charge because the one I wanted was out of stock. The only little problem was the online progress tracker wasn't always spot on, but all in all, I'm really happy with my purchase.

    So I picked up this bag and at first, it seemed really nice. But then, like 10 days later, the stitches on the shoulder strap just gave way and I was totally shocked! I tried to get in touch with them about it, first I called the store at the airport where I bought it and they were like, "just send an email with pictures", so I did. But then, I heard nothing for days! So I tried to find another email address on their website, but there was nothing, just a silly form to fill in. I called their customer service but no one spoke English and they just ended the call, how rude! Eventually I filled in the form, but got a message telling me to email an incorrect address, like seriously?! And then my email got bounced back, I mean, really? It's like they don't want to listen to any complaints about their products at all. The items might look good, but they're such poor quality and not even cheap! The customer service is practically non-existent, it's just so disappointing. I'll never shop with them again, like, never!

    Slow transfer times

    I've been using this service for more than ten years now, and I've definitely noticed a change since they switched to only using the app for transactions. The transfer times have really slowed down, from just a few minutes to now taking hours – sometimes even up to three hours. It's been like this for the past four months, and it's starting to get on my nerves. I get that there might be some issues with the transition, but this constant delay is just not on.

    I bought some size 9 shoes for my dad, but they turned out to be way too big. I had to shell out £12.75 just to send them back for a refund, which actually ended up costing me £18.74 in the end. I wouldn't suggest using this service, you're better off looking elsewhere.

    Toy garage order

    I had a really awful experience! I bought a toy garage for my kid on the 20th of December, paid extra for next day delivery, and it's now the 9th of January and I still haven't received it. I've sent two emails to complain, but haven't heard anything back, and I even tried calling but no one answered. My child is really upset, and the terrible customer service is just not acceptable. To top it off, they took the money from my account on the 20th of December but never sent the product.
