I bought some flowers to send to a friend whose dad passed away. They arrived the next morning, which was really quick - I was surprised, as I've had issues with other flower delivery services before. The flowers were gorgeous and just right for the occasion. I was really happy with everything and will definitely use this service again. It's a shame I couldn't add a photo to show how lovely the flowers were. Thank you.
Wedding flowers for a friend
As a student on a tight budget, I needed to send flowers to my friend for her wedding. I came across 123 Flowers on Student Beans and they were offering a 20% discount. Their flower arrangements were even better than the big companies and to top it off, they had free delivery! I'll definitely be coming back as a customer.
Flower bouquet order
After my last review, I was really looking forward to a better experience this time around. Unfortunately, my hopes were not fulfilled. The bouquet I ordered was meant to be a lovely array of pink roses, germinis, stallion chrysanthemums, and carnations. What I actually got was a rather disappointing bouquet - 11 roses, only 4 of which were pink, with some greenery and purple bits thrown in. The packaging was damaged at the top, and the flowers themselves looked droopy and sorry. On top of that, there was a strange fishy smell coming from the bouquet - not exactly what I had in mind. To make matters worse, the little note I asked for was left blank, not a single word written on it.
Flowers not delivered on time
I ordered a lovely bouquet of flowers for a special occasion and paid extra for next day delivery. But guess what, three whole days went by and the flowers still hadn't arrived! I had to wait for over 15 minutes on hold to finally get through to Customer Services - so annoying and totally unacceptable. Safe to say, I'm pretty upset with this whole situation and definitely won't be using this company again.
Flowers delivered a week late
I had a really bad experience with this flower delivery service. I paid for next day delivery, but Royal Mail didn't even try to deliver on time. When I tried to arrange a re-delivery, I couldn't get in touch with them at all. As a result, the flowers arrived a whole week later. Customer support wasn't helpful, they said nothing could be done as the order had already been sent out. There was no communication, no help, no flowers, and no refund. I suggest going with more reliable flower providers, as the delivery service used by this company completely messed up my experience with them. I am very disappointed and won't use their services again.

If there were minus stars i would give -50... They seem to have misconstrued understanding of NEXT day delivery.! They will not refund me as I paid for next day delivery . They don't stipulate on their website the royal mail is delivering. IF i had known RM would deliver i would have bypassed the website. No sms received either. No tracking details received in the first instance.

Be prepared if there is any issue they will be rude and not look for any resolution.
In my experience I placed an order for flowers that were due to arrive on the 17th October. As stated in the website delivery times and all confirmation emails (it was ordered on the 15th am).
The flowers did not arrive and when questioned the answer was well delays are in our terms and conditions. The person the flowers were for was only at the location on the 17th.
If there was an issue for filling i would have purchased elsewhere. When pressed further I was told "well they come from Nottingham to Belfast so they will take a day longer at least to be delivered. Delays are in our terms and conditions that you agreed too".
At the point of sale on the website and delivery dates shown published and agreed to or subsequent emails no indication that the delivery location would cause an issue or known extra time or delay. Despite them knowing from placement of the order they could not forfil the delivery date agreed.
They verbally confirmed logistically the delivery date was impossible for them and never achievable.
So why not state that to the customer in the website and put it in the with an additional day as the proposed delivery date.
Please don't lie to your customers as you have me. I called them regarding the above. They were rude refered to small print and T&C's and refused any goodwill/ refund or acceptance of fault.
A delivery date that can be achieved and isn't impossible from the point of taking the money and transaction is all I would have wanted.
Or at least to have been informed of the extra logistical issues they always have in their supply chain to Belfast. Thats fine just let your customers know and - Add an addiontal day. Publish it based on destination.
Then I'm not being deliberately mis lead. I can then make an informed decision to purchase or use someone else who can meet the time window you said you would.
I will never use them again. My advice would be to avoid.
I belive you learn alot about a company and its credibility when issues arise & how they chose to treat customers.
If you have read this far in the review im please as it was quite long.. I will await the default reply as you see on the other reviews with issues below.. they don't show any actual resolution so be aware. I will update this review if I do get any genuine resolution.. but I imagine like below I will get a default we are sorry our team will contact you to resolve blah blah blah.. but in reality they are happy to take your money deliver late provide poor service and products with the expectation you won't get a refund or pursue the matter to get your money back.

Good delivery, no bloom even after 2 weeks, complaints but were not interested offered voucher, won't use them again.
Flowers for birthday
Ordered online a bunch of flowers to be delivered for a birthday present and put the date it needed to be delivered. I found out that the flowers had been delivered a day late, which disappointed me. Then this company emailed me ‘to see had they had down’. I gave them a honest response about being disappointed about the late delivery. I was then sent emails with automated responses that gave very poor excuses, but no real apology. I also felt their responses were not respectful. Extremely poor customer relations
Flowers with a verse
Website was easy to use, flowers looked great value for money but they didn’t turn up!
They have taken my money- no flowers and not answering emails
Do not use these people!I have just received so called flowers from a cousin that was good enough to send them after a hospital stay they are disgusting what a waste of money for them half dead broken heads only 4 stems you should be ashamed of yourselves hasten to say will never use your service
