Cool shoes I bought
I recently bought these awesome shoes and I was so excited about them. Unfortunately, after less than half a year, both shoes got big holes near my big toes. I was really disappointed because I loved them. I got in touch with the company and they promised to send me new shoes because they were still under warranty. However, when I received the new shoes, they were completely different from the first ones! They were uncomfortable, didn't look as nice, and were really difficult to put on. Plus, when I tried to take them off, the sole would come out because they were so tight! I expressed my disappointment to the company, but they refused to do anything more for me since they had already sent one replacement. I was so upset because I thought I had found my favourite shoe company for life, but now I won't be buying from them again.

Dead flowers
The flowers I got from that place were a complete joke! They looked like they had been through it all - wilting, damaged, some even broken. It felt like they didn't even bother to check them properly before sending them out. When I got in touch with customer service, they were really rude and tried to pin the blame on me for the shoddy flowers. Can you believe it? I sent them photos and all, but they still weren't willing to own up to it. Eventually, they did admit there was an issue with the flowers, but it was too little, too late. All they offered was a measly £15 voucher for my next order, as if I'd even want to give them another chance! My advice? Stay clear of that place, folks. Take it from me!

Merrell sandals, comfortable for walking
I bought these sandals that were absolutely perfect for my wide and tiny feet, especially because I struggle with my balance. I was looking for a pair with low heels, no more than 1 or 2 inches high, and these sandals met all my requirements. I wore them out and about in town today, and they were so comfortable to walk in.

Garden furniture set
I recently got delivered a garden furniture set that seems to be of good quality when I first checked it out. However, I had a really frustrating time putting it together because there were no written instructions included. The diagrams they did give were hard to follow, and it would have been much easier if the parts were labelled with letters to match the diagrams. When I'm assembling furniture, I really appreciate clear and simple instructions, so this was a big letdown for me. It would definitely help if DeubaXXL improved their assembly instructions to make it a better experience for the customers.

This company is a complete nightmare to deal with. I bought a laptop from them, but my order was rejected and then they hiked up the price out of the blue. They have zero customer support - they never pick up the phone or bother to ring back. It's really annoying trying to deal with a company that behaves so dodgily. OSLO sideboard purchase
