    A breast pump

    I resumed back to work two months after my delivery. I could not take my baby to work. I got a nurse who helped me take care of her when I am away. The nurse advised I ordered a breast pump from Elvie to help extract milk for my baby to take while I was away. I checked through their website and ordered a breast pump. It was delivered very quickly. I read the instruction on use. I ensured I use the pump in 90% hygienic condition. I told my nurse to be hygienic with it. I extracted the milk every morning with the breast pump. It was quite easy to use. My baby had enough and is very healthy.

    I purchased a ring a year last May. A Rhapsody 950 paraiba Tourmaline. £2.000 6weeks later it was reduced to£.1000. Being very upset I called customer service. I was told that because it was over 4weeks they could not refund me,
    I had paid in full so there was nothing I could do about it.
    I feel it’s been a complete rip off. Disgusted client.

    Ordered online a bunch of flowers to be delivered for a birthday present and put the date it needed to be delivered. I found out that the flowers had been delivered a day late, which disappointed me. Then this company emailed me ‘to see had they had down’. I gave them a honest response about being disappointed about the late delivery. I was then sent emails with automated responses that gave very poor excuses, but no real apology. I also felt their responses were not respectful. Extremely poor customer relations

    I don’t understand all these negative reviews. I was recommended this Verisure by a friend who had an attempted burglary but had this alarm and nothing was taken. I’ve had the system over 6 months and had an issue with one of the shock sensors admittedly they didn’t come the next day to resolve it but within 3 days which I thought was fair enough. I’ve recommended this system to friends and my parents who now have it and all love it. It works when I have set it off and they call you normally within 30 seconds. I came on here as my friend said there were bad reviews so I wanted to have a look - but I don’t get it, I’ve had ZERO issues. I’ve been looked after by the sales guy Steve really well and if I have any questions I go to him. It might be a little pricey on the monthly but for me there is nothing better out there and I’ve had a couple of alarms before this one.

    Despite escalation to the head of legal and CEO I have gone around the houses as they are chasing me for an unpaid alarm bill. The irony is they refunded me 3 months of monitoring and despite a subject access request and continually speaking to people . They are chasing for several months alarm monitoring fees. I paid two set up fees and they were way above what they would promote at Costco. The funny thing is they are threatening to terminate one of the alarms and go to a debt collection agency. Now this is where it gets interesting : I will happily go and take all the paperwork to a county court as the jokers never ever installed the alarm in the 2nd property. It was never installed and they recorded they did so the sales guy could get a commission no doubt. Despite a SAR and disclosure request they have parroted on that they will disconnect my alarm - funny that as its sitting in my box at home never installed. I have kept mail audit after mail audit so despite in 3 years never monitoring a single log or even being able to they now want to go to a debt collection agency - especially as i paid them for over 3 years with a D Debit for a system they knew was never even installed and lest see how that pays out with the GDPR as a starter. I have told their CEO /Data Protection officer but they are useless. So please do go ahead and take me to court for 5 months unpaid fees when I have been paying 3 years for a system that never even was installed and they knew but continued debiting me

    This company is clearly not a fair one, trying to hide the monthly cost by putting some discounts for 3months. I tried to switch to a Door Bell they told me you need to pay an Inflated monthly price for 3months and after that we will send you someone to disconnect you for 70pounds. Better to run away from this company

    Useless company, just charge you for anything, even when you want to cancel the rubbish service, they still want to charge you. RUN AWAY FROM THIS RUBBISH COMPANY

I have asked to cancel the service on the 10th day of installation and they kept insisting on getting another camera, they send a different camera than what was explained over the phone.. then they closed the case as per their convenience and kept sending bills.. i have been requesting to remove the system as it is terrible.. u can easily buy sensors from Amazon as it does nothing more than that.. the cameras are blurry.. app takes forwver to download an image.. very stupid solution.. i keep writing to them and they care less to even call back.. very bad service.. its horrible.. the remote stopped working in a month.. its useless dont get it..

    I am fed with Verisure too, they say that the doorbell is free, but what they don't tell you is that after 3 months, Arlo send you a message to say that your subscription is ending soon. Informed Verisure 2 weeks ago, then last week, again today, still not heard anything from Verisure complaints or from the Technical team to Integrate the Arlo doorbell with my Verisure account, feel I am been ignored, happy to take your money from you but don't provide a very good customer service, but saying that happy with the installation service, but lack of info where the doorbell is concerned.

    Yesterday took the day off so I could be there to fix a ongoing problem’ and guess what ‘ engineers sick again ! Seems to br a pattern’ raised a complaint and said I wish to cancel ‘ o someone will contact you in the next seven days ! Hello ‘ I want this sorted ‘ my advice is ‘ go somewhere else ‘ it’s a lot of money ‘ and no back up when something goes wrong ‘

    I would like to retract my above review. The engineer came Monday evening and has resolved Verisure.
    I find the service very good and responded well to my complaint.

    Terriblr system camera battery life is pathetic fully charged im getting about 7 days max out of every single camera including the doorbell. complained about this to verisure and they gave me a solar panel which stopped charging the camera after about 2 weeks of use. extremely disapointed with the quality of the in house cameras my kids could take better pictures with a throw away camera. just for everyone's information after 6 months you can cancel your subscription with verisure and keep all the equipment and still use it via the Arlo app .. you just wont have the monitoring or response guard service .. i have one more monthly and i will be doing this as im not paying £40 a month for a system which i need to take down and recharge every week its a joke.

    They lie you won't have access to your app either once you cancel the ridiculous high monthly costs. So basically rendering the whole system useless leaving your family and children vulnerable.

My advice,as much as it is an inconvenience,is to phone your bank and cancel the card you paid with. That is what we did,DO NOT let these people take a penny from you!!     I purchased a gift card for a family member on the 10th March for a family member who lives quite a distance away. Due to COVID restrictions I thought it better to have it delivered by email. The gift card was a birthday gift which sadly has still not arrived 11 days later. Despite several emails and replies assuring me that the gift card will be sent we are still waiting. In my last email I requested a refund if the gift card wasn’t sent that day. Since then I have had no reply. As you can see I have given a one star rating for service, pricing and delivery.     I placed my order on Ocotber 15, 2020. The site said I should receive it in 8 to 10 business days. It is now Novemeber 9, 2020. I still have not received my package. I contacted customer service and the lady named Jess. Jepsen was very rude and basically threatened me by saying my package was going to get lost when I said I wanted to cancel order.     Paint runner, 12 in 1 cooker and Seren Toaster booked from me and delivery was again late this time. Quality of your products are the main attraction why still buying from you.
    Your customer service assured me , this will not repeated again but second time I received my parcel late from your courier partner.
    12 in 1 cooker is really very useful, roster quality is also very good..So quality is not an issue but something is missing as I described and must be resolved it.

    I purchased the core magic only a few months ago and I was really impressed with the item, since using it I have felt the difference with my muscles feeling more toned and especially my lower back has strengthen and less back pain.
    The item itself is absolutely great but within a few weeks of using it the handle fell off the unit, I returned it and the item was repaired and after a week of using it the same thing has happened again and I will be returning the core magic

    Hi Sammie, get onto trading standards and go online and type in ODR fill it out. I've just gone on the account and it says I have no further subscriptions and I've deleted my address too. So I'm guessing with me complaining 24/7 and reporting it they have cancelled it. Do the same. I messaged someone on instagram and they paid the whole subscription. I got horrible emails too but dont fall for their scam x

    I have just cancelled my payments from the bank. I have had a threatening letter from Gemma seems it’s the same as everyone else. I did have a bit of a wobble but after reading these comments I’m just going hang on and ignore anything. I’m sure they are not going to go the expense of taking all these people to court!!!

    I too have has these same issues. I did threaten to cancel and they sent me a threatening email so I did not cancel. I am just hoping I can cancel my subscription at the end of January which will be 6 months. I have asked for proof that I signed up to a subscription as this is something I would never do but they could not provide me with this. Periodically they send me a threatening email saying the payment has not gone though and they will take legal action. I have checked my bank account everytime they send these emails and there is money there so there is no reason why the payment would not go through. I have been well and truly scammed here and this company is despicable, total con artists. The real arse of it all is the product doesn't work and I cannot afford to keep paying for it each month. Don't know what to do now.
