Nice flowers, unwanted chocolates
The flowers I bought were absolutely gorgeous and I was really happy with how good they were. But, my experience was a bit spoiled by how they tried to sneakily add chocolates at the last minute when I was checking out. I didn't actually want any chocolates with my order but it wasn't clear how to take that option off. Eventually, I accidentally ended up sending chocolates with the flowers, which was disappointing because that wasn't what I wanted at all. It would be much better if the website made it clearer and easier for customers to customise their orders without any unexpected surprises popping up during checkout.
Flower delivery
I ordered some flowers from this service not too long ago. I was a bit worried at first because of what other people had said in their reviews, but I was actually really impressed with how fast and efficient the service was. The flowers turned up the day after I placed my order, all nicely presented in a lovely box with some care instructions which I thought was a nice touch. Dead flowers
The flowers I got from that place were a complete joke! They looked like they had been through it all - wilting, damaged, some even broken. It felt like they didn't even bother to check them properly before sending them out. When I got in touch with customer service, they were really rude and tried to pin the blame on me for the shoddy flowers. Can you believe it? I sent them photos and all, but they still weren't willing to own up to it. Eventually, they did admit there was an issue with the flowers, but it was too little, too late. All they offered was a measly £15 voucher for my next order, as if I'd even want to give them another chance! My advice? Stay clear of that place, folks. Take it from me!

Rose & Bottega Basket
I bought the Rose & Bottega Basket for my daughter's birthday not too long ago. She said the roses were lovely, but I was a bit let down that I never got the email confirmation that was promised in the order. It would have been nice to get a heads up when the bouquet was being sent. Still, I'm glad the flowers got there on the day I asked for, that was a big deal to me.

As a student on a tight budget, I needed to send flowers to my friend for her wedding. I came across 123 Flowers on Student Beans and they were offering a 20% discount. Their flower arrangements were even better than the big companies and to top it off, they had free delivery! I'll definitely be coming back as a customer.
Lovely flowers, had trouble with card customisation
I really liked the flowers, they looked so lovely! However, I found it a bit difficult to personalise the card. All in all, it wasn't a bad experience. I'll wait to see the flowers are delivered before writing another review to see if they were worth it, and I'll also rate the delivery.
Next day delivery purchase
I was really let down by the service I got from this company. I ordered something with next day delivery and even paid extra, but it didn't show up. I got in touch with customer service and they just blamed Royal Mail and didn't own up to it. It's so annoying when a company promises something and then doesn't follow through. The impersonal service and constantly referring to terms and conditions in their replies was really off-putting. This first impression has made me decide to never use this company again. I'll just go with M&S flowers in the future.

I wish I had checked the reviews first before ordering from this place. They were right - delivery seems to be a real problem. I thought I'd treat my Mum to some flowers for her 70th birthday, but it was a complete disaster. The flowers ended up arriving 5 days late and by the time they got here, they looked like they had been left in a damp cellar for weeks. All I got was a half-hearted apology, which didn't make up for the embarrassment of giving my Mum such sorry-looking flowers on her special day. I won't be using this company again, and I recommend others avoid them for international deliveries.
Damaged and poor quality flowers
The flowers I got from this company were really rubbish, they arrived in a beaten-up box and were all in bad shape. The ad said they'd come as buds but half were already open and one was broken. To top it off, most of the flowers died within 12 hours. When I told customer service, they didn't want to admit the flowers were bad. After arguing, they gave me a small voucher but I won't be using it. It was a waste of money and the people who got the flowers were really let down.
Bouquet for a 70th birthday
I ordered a bouquet for a 70th birthday and it arrived six days late with the packaging all battered and the flowers looking sad because they didn't have any water. We've been exchanging emails and 123 Flowers have agreed to send out another bouquet to make up for it. Fingers crossed it will arrive next week and be in better shape!
Flower bouquet delivery for my mum's 73rd birthday
I ordered some flowers for my mum's birthday, but I was really let down by the quality. The flowers were all droopy and brown, nothing like the fresh ones that were advertised on the website. I got in touch with customer service, but their response was really disappointing. They just made excuses for the shoddy flowers. I wouldn't advise anyone to order from this place, it's not worth the trouble.
Flower bouquet order
After my last review, I was really looking forward to a better experience this time around. Unfortunately, my hopes were not fulfilled. The bouquet I ordered was meant to be a lovely array of pink roses, germinis, stallion chrysanthemums, and carnations. What I actually got was a rather disappointing bouquet - 11 roses, only 4 of which were pink, with some greenery and purple bits thrown in. The packaging was damaged at the top, and the flowers themselves looked droopy and sorry. On top of that, there was a strange fishy smell coming from the bouquet - not exactly what I had in mind. To make matters worse, the little note I asked for was left blank, not a single word written on it.
Flowers not delivered on time
I ordered a lovely bouquet of flowers for a special occasion and paid extra for next day delivery. But guess what, three whole days went by and the flowers still hadn't arrived! I had to wait for over 15 minutes on hold to finally get through to Customer Services - so annoying and totally unacceptable. Safe to say, I'm pretty upset with this whole situation and definitely won't be using this company again.
Flowers delivered a week late
I had a really bad experience with this flower delivery service. I paid for next day delivery, but Royal Mail didn't even try to deliver on time. When I tried to arrange a re-delivery, I couldn't get in touch with them at all. As a result, the flowers arrived a whole week later. Customer support wasn't helpful, they said nothing could be done as the order had already been sent out. There was no communication, no help, no flowers, and no refund. I suggest going with more reliable flower providers, as the delivery service used by this company completely messed up my experience with them. I am very disappointed and won't use their services again.
