    I've been waiting for ages to get a refund after trying to return some stuff, but still no luck! It's frustrating because it seems like they have no clue how to handle returns properly. Sending items all the way to Sweden just for inspection? It's such a hassle and it takes forever. They really need to improve their return process as soon as possible.     Bike for daughter, lost in transit

    I bought a bike as a birthday present for my daughter, but unfortunately, it seems to have gone missing during delivery. I've been attempting to get in touch with customer service several times but I haven't received any response so far. The bike itself cost me €200 and I also paid €11.95 for the delivery, but the tracking information has been stuck for the past 10 days. I'm feeling really frustrated at this point and I'm not sure what steps to take next. Is there anyone out there who can offer some assistance or advice?

    I bought some stuff from this website and it was all good, but I had a bit of a nightmare with the delivery. UPS, the courier, ended up delivering my package to the wrong address, miles away from where I actually live. Luckily, the person who got it by mistake was nice enough to bring it to me. It's put me off using this site again unless they give me a different courier choice. Such a shame really, because the stuff I got was top-notch.

    Expensive return process

    Well, I decided to try their return process again after my previous experience. I was charged a steep £14 for the return and had to pay another £10 for customs fees, which they promised to refund. However, all I received was a small voucher in exchange. I definitely won't be returning anytime soon. It's crazy to think it would have been more cost-effective to just dispose of the items rather than deal with this whole return ordeal.

    I was asked to send back an item to what I believed was an address in London, but turns out it was in Sweden! The address listed on Trustpilot and Google was totally incorrect, seems like they haven't bothered to refresh it in a long time. Seriously, updating your address info isn't that difficult, is it? Such a simple thing that could prevent customers from getting all confused.

    I ordered some shoes for my son, but I'm really disappointed with how long it's taken for them to arrive and the customer service. The website said it would take 1-2 days to dispatch, but it's been 10 days and still no sign of them. It's making me really anxious because of the pandemic, not knowing if they'll even fit. I've also heard bad things about the returns process from other customers, so I'm worried about that too. I wouldn't suggest buying from here after my experience.

    Alex and Alexa really got me good before, but this time was a complete mess. I bought two jackets for my kids on the 5th of October, they took my money but I never got an order number or confirmation email, or the jackets for that matter. When I tried to get in touch with customer service, they just happened to be closed. It's ridiculous!

    I bought something from that shop, but they took ages to send it out. The tracking info they gave me was all wrong and it took the customer service lot more than a week to fix it. I'm pretty annoyed about the whole thing and won't be shopping there again, that's for sure.

    Exchanging item fees

    After trying to exchange items on your site, I gotta say it was super frustrating with all those hidden costs that weren't clear at all. The fees for returning an item just to exchange it were crazy high, like between £20 and £40. That's way too much for customers to deal with, ya know? Especially when you look at other companies like in Sweden with much fairer return policies. And the customer service in this case was pretty useless, they didn't really help find a better solution. Overall, not a fan of buying from this website because there aren't any decent return options.
