Beach chair and umbrella
Anthropologie remains the best place for me when it comes to buying beautifully made products. So far, I have bought a number of products from the company and I am totally satisfied with them. Among are beach chair and umbrella. Having these products used at the beach as had many enquiring about the supplier. Of course, I hoard no information about the supplier. From my observation, some have started buying from the company and using the products. I have also bought mug cup from Anthropologie and are great as well. Totally worthy of recommendation and I have no fear doing that.
Classic dress, size M and S
The dress is just a classic piece, you know, that really shows off its top-notch quality and design. It fits like a glove and honestly, it's a must-have in anyone's wardrobe. I first went for a size M, which turned out to be a tad too big, but the customer service for returns was spot-on. In no time at all, I had my money back in my account just 2 days after sorting out the return. I decided to go for a size S instead, and I've got to say, it fits like a dream. Couldn't be happier with how it all turned out, to be honest.
Dinner plates
My shopping experience at this store was absolutely fantastic. The customer service was top-notch all the way through, with really friendly and helpful staff who assisted me in finding the perfect dinner plates I was searching for. The range of products available was really impressive and the quality of the items was even better than I had expected. Overall, shopping there was a breeze and enjoyable, so I will definitely be coming back for more purchases in the future. Big thanks to the team for doing such a great job.
Two pairs of trousers
I had a great experience with Daniel in the fitting room today. He helped me pick out a gift for my daughter and managed to persuade me to buy two pairs of trousers instead of just one. Jack at the till was also fantastic, really cool and friendly. He rang up my purchase and even gave me some advice on choosing a bag to go with the gift. The service was so laid back and personal, definitely worth making the trip out to Liverpool Street to shop instead of going into central London.
Stunning silk dress
Isn't it frustrating when you get a new item of clothing that looks like it's been through a rough time before even getting to you? I had the same experience with a dress I bought recently - it looked like it had been chucked around before being squashed into a small box. And the fabric? It felt so flimsy, like it could fall apart at any moment. It's disappointing, isn't it?
Lampshade purchase
The lampshade I bought was really well made and so unique, I absolutely adore it! The design and quality of it were even better than I thought, and it's made a lovely addition to my home decor. However, I was a bit let down by the delivery process. It took longer than I thought for the lampshade to arrive, and I didn't get much info about where my order was. At one point, I started to wonder if I'd actually placed the order or if it had disappeared somewhere in the system. Fortunately, I didn't end up buying a different lampshade while I waited, but it would have been much better to have clearer updates on my purchase.
Silver bracelet
I was really disappointed with my purchase, to be honest. I ordered a silver bracelet for my granddaughter's birthday, and it did arrive quickly which was a relief. However, I was not impressed with how it was packaged. It came in a plain plastic bag without a box or presentation case. I had to buy a case separately, which was a bit annoying and cost more money. The bracelet itself is good quality, but the lack of thought put into the packaging was a letdown.
Elegant dress and statement earrings
As a customer at your store, I have to say the service from your staff is top-notch. They're always so friendly, helpful, and just all-round lovely. It really makes shopping a breeze. The selection you've got here is great too, there's something for everyone. I have to say, Anthropologie is definitely up there as one of my favourite clothing stores. The staff are amazing and they've got such a good range.
Lovely quality skirt, fast delivery
I bought a skirt from this shop not long ago and I have to say, the quality of it is top-notch. The material is really strong and feels so luxurious, definitely worth the cost. What really amazed me was how quickly it was delivered. It arrived way before the expected date which was a lovely surprise. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this shop to others.
Online purchase, easy return process
I had to send back something I bought online, and I was really happy with how easy it was. I got my money back on the same day, which was a big weight off my mind. The girl who helped me was super friendly and made sure I knew exactly what to do to return the item. All in all, it was a really good experience, and now I feel more at ease about buying stuff online from this shop again.
Recent online purchase
I recently bought something online but I haven't got it yet. I've been in touch with customer service but still no sign of my order or refund. I'm pretty disappointed with the lack of help and action. I'm on holiday now and was waiting for my order to come on the 3rd of June, I ordered it on the 23rd of May. I'm moving house on the 13th of June so it's really important I get this sorted out soon.
Floral dress
I recently bought a really nice floral dress online, but it turned out to not fit me properly. So, I returned it along with a couple of other items from different companies. The other companies sorted out my refund pretty quickly, but Anthropologie seems to be dragging their feet. They've told me it could take up to 28 days for my refund to come through, which is a bit annoying to be honest.
My cool clothes
I recently bought some really lovely clothes that I had to send back to the US because they didn't fit properly. The delivery time was decent, but I'm a bit disappointed with the return process. I wish they still had a store in France.
14ct gold plated necklace
I recently bought a 14ct gold plated necklace from your shop, and I have to say I'm really disappointed with the quality. The gold plating on the chain has completely come off after only wearing it a few times for short periods. Despite the product description saying it was 14ct gold-plated, the necklace didn't hold up at all. When I got in touch with customer service for help, they told me to take the necklace back to the store, but that's a 168-mile round trip for me and I couldn't find the original receipt because it had been so long. Even when I suggested using alternative proof of purchase, like a bank statement and the unique design of the necklace, they refused to help in any way. This lack of flexibility and understanding is really disappointing, and it's made me question the worth of my money and loyalty to the brand.
Dress
I was really looking forward to getting my order from Anthropologie, but I was so let down when I got the wrong item. The dress I actually wanted was sold out by the time they fixed the mistake, so I couldn't even get a replacement. This whole thing has definitely made me think differently about the brand and their service. Mistakes like this are just not on.
Clothing item
I recently bought a really nice piece of clothing from this store, but I was really disappointed with the customer service I got. When I realised I wanted to add something else to my order, I got in touch with customer service straight away. They told me my order was already on its way (which wasn't true) and that I'd have to make a new order and pay for shipping again. This was really annoying, especially because the shipping wasn't cheap. Overall, I had a bad experience with the customer service at this store, so I won't be shopping here again.
Cute dress and sparkly scrunchie
I popped into this lovely shop that had such adorable clothes! I couldn't resist buying a dress and a sparkly scrunchie. The dress fits me like a dream, makes me feel like royalty, and the scrunchie is just perfect for my hair. The shop itself was so gorgeous, full of pretty things - I honestly wanted it all!
Clothing purchase
I'm really disappointed with my recent experience with this company. I went to a store hoping to find my size, but they said it wasn't online, which I later found out was not true when I checked the website. Feeling frustrated, I decided to order online, but only got one of the two items I bought. I think it's unacceptable for a clothing company to be so inefficient and give out wrong information. Because of this lack of professionalism and competence, I won't be buying from them again.
Bag, quality, pricing, service
I bought a bag from this shop recently, and although I was happy with the service and communication during the transaction, I have to admit that the quality of the bag wasn't quite what I expected. It's a nice bag, but considering the price I paid, I was hoping for better craftsmanship and materials. That being said, I'm still happy with my purchase overall.
