Recent order experience
I bought something recently and I'm afraid the delivery process hasn't been great. I placed my order on the 23rd of April, with the delivery set for the 25th of April. However, today is the 4th of May and I still haven't heard anything about when my delivery will arrive. The tracking info only says the order has been dispatched, with no other details. I've been trying to contact customer service via email but haven't had any response about the delivery status. It's been really frustrating and disappointing not knowing what's going on.

Dirty house
Oh my goodness, I couldn't believe how filthy the house was when we got there! It had mouldy food in the oven and even mould in the shower. It was disgusting, and I was really concerned about our health. I contacted Vrbo about it, but they showed no interest. They promised to call me for assistance, but they never did. They also said they would email me, but as expected, that never happened either. They completely ignored our request to address this serious health risk. It was absolutely appalling and disgraceful.

Holiday booking
My holiday was amazing! I had such a great time skiing and making snow angels. But then, after the holiday, I had to deal with the worst customer service ever! Our flight got cancelled (which wasn't the holiday company's fault) and we were told we could book our own travel and get reimbursed - except that never happened. They didn't reply to my emails and were no help on the phone. All I want is my money back for the flight that we didn't even take!

It's a bit of a joke having to return things in a damaged box. Now I've got to fork out extra cash on bags, tape, and other bits just to fix the box to send it back. Large folding storage boxes, Piranha kitchen gadgets
The products themselves are good quality, but the service from Shop Extra has been really bad. I had to wait over ten days to get my two separate orders, even though I paid for postage on both. When the items finally came, they were squeezed into a weak bag that had split open, causing the Piranha boxes to get squashed by the heavy storage boxes. Also, like many others, I didn't get the free scissors that were meant to come with the Piranha products. Their customer service was unhelpful, taking ages to respond to emails. I did want to support Shop Extra at first, but after this, I won't be buying from them again.

Beach cover tops , swimsuits, padded bras loungewear and T-shirt bras are my regular products from here.
What is good about M.CO, I never called up Cs department for any delivery issues, color issues, even no return needed in last four years.
Even now my husband also purchased few shirts and t shirts from here.
