    The first dog my husband bought when we got married got lost mysteriously and we never saw it again. I also bought a cat that lived with us for 2 years but suddenly disappeared when she was heavily pregnant. That was how we lost the cat. My husband again lost another dog after the first one. So we got tired and didn't want to buy any pets again even though we would love to. One day, my husband did a research on how to protect one's dog and discovered about Tabcat Pack and how it can be used to track pet's movement. We bought another dog and went for the Pet Tracker from Tabcat Pack. Many years now, our dog is still living with us even when she sometimes missed her way and we would quickly recover through the tracker.

    High-quality coat with removable padding

    I recently bought a fancy coat with removable padding from this company, and I have to say, their name really does live up to their quality. The coat was brilliant, just like all the other stuff I've got from them in the past. The only hiccup was the size - it was smaller than I thought it would be based on my usual size. But they sorted out a replacement for me quickly and easily, which was great. All in all, I'd definitely recommend this company for their top-quality products and customer service.

    Waterproof jacket still in top condition after 2 years

    I got this jacket a few years back and it's still looking really good! I've worn it in the rain and snow loads of times, but it's managed to stay in top condition. The material and stitching are both really good quality.

    Delayed delivery and lack of refund

    I bought something two months back and still haven't got it. Now it's on sale, but I'm not getting a refund for the cheaper price. The customer service team isn't helpful at all, they keep avoiding my questions and say they don't know where my package is for more than a month. It's been really annoying and sad, definitely the worst online shopping I've done. I wouldn't suggest this service to anyone.

    Late delivery for a birthday present

    The website really let me down with their delivery date - it actually made my birthday present arrive really late. When I got in touch with customer service, they just blamed the global health crisis as a get-out, which seems pretty weak. It meant I had to rush around finding a replacement gift during lockdown, and that was a nightmare. The company ought to own up to their mistakes and step up their customer service game.

    Polo shirt and silk sweater

    I bought a polo shirt and a silk sweater in August 2020 from the same brand. Unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed with the quality. I've been using a down jacket from this brand for a long time, and it's always been top-notch. However, when I put on the polo shirt, I noticed that the second button wasn't on properly. And the silk sweater had some issues with the sleeves. On the bright side, both items were super soft and comfy to wear. I value good quality products, so it was a letdown to discover that these items were made in China. Personally, I prefer things that are entirely made in Italy with really careful quality control. I feel like this brand didn't live up to my expectations, and I won't be buying from them again. I've found that the Ballantyne line products, still made in Italy, have much better quality and pay attention to detail.

    Two garments purchased

    I bought a couple of items from this shop not too long ago, and to be honest, I wasn't too thrilled with how they turned out. The styles were alright, but the quality of the actual clothes wasn't up to scratch - they seemed a bit shoddily made. On top of that, I felt like the customer service, while friendly, wasn't great at dealing with any problems I had. It's a shame when a company doesn't back up what they sell. All in all, I don't reckon Aspesi is good value for money.

    Defective product, poor communication, delayed refund

    I got a faulty product and now the company won't reply to my emails since I started the return process. It's been more than three months and I still haven't got my money back. I wouldn't recommend buying from this online shop because they don't care about customers and take forever to give refunds.

    Poor quality clothing and service experience

    I bought some stuff from here recently and I must say, I was really let down with the quality of the clothes and the service. The first thing I got was put together really badly, and I had to splash out extra money to get it sorted. Even after sending loads of emails, all I got was a voucher for my next buy. Then, when I used that voucher to get something else, it turned out to be too small. So, I had to go through the rigmarole of sending it back and getting a different one. But it took almost two weeks for them to sort it out and send me another voucher, and by then, they'd upped the prices. All in all, a really frustrating and disappointing experience.

    Wool and cashmere sweater

    I was proper disappointed with the quality and colour of this wool and cashmere sweater I bought. Turns out, it was made in China - if I wanted something Chinese, I'd have gone down the street! I find it pretty unfair, especially from a brand that boasts about being Made in Italy and charges high prices. They should really let us know where their stuff is made in the description so we can make an informed decision. I didn't return it since I needed it in a hurry and quite liked the style. But I won't be shopping there again in the future, that's for sure.

    Puffer jacket purchase

    I was just looking for a puffer jacket when I came across the women's coat section, which was labelled as 'GENDERLESS'. Seriously? The cut was shapeless and just not flattering at all. I'm a woman and I have no issues with anyone's gender identity, but I shouldn't have to sacrifice my femininity for the sake of a small percentage of the population. Sorry, Aspesi, but I think I'll pass. I'll leave your niche market of 4% behind.

    Slow delivery, poor customer service

    I bought something from this place and the delivery company they used took forever to bring my package. It took them a whole 9 days to cover just 400km, then another 7 days to even look into the status of the item, and finally 2 more days to give me a refund. And on top of that, when I tried to email them to complain about the poor service, they took ages to get back to me. I reckon they seriously need to up their game for being such a posh brand.

    My new jacket

    Oh my god, I got this really cool jacket from this shop, and I was so excited to wear it. But, you know what? They didn't send it to me straight away for some reason. I had to give them a call, and the lady said, "It'll be sent today", but it didn't happen! I had to hassle them on social media just to get some answers. No apologies, nothing. Shocking service, I'm definitely not going to buy from there again!
