I recently bought some clothes from this brand made of jersey fabric, and I've got to say, I'm really impressed. The material is great and it doesn't wrinkle easily, which is a big plus for me. Ordering online was simple and I didn't have any problems with paying. What really caught my attention was the customer service - whether on the phone or through online chat, I spoke to actual people who were really helpful and friendly. The delivery was pretty fast, and my stuff arrived within a reasonable time. I think it would be better to have more detailed updates from the delivery company and a bit more advance notice about when they're coming.

Birthday outfit surprise
Oh my goodness, everyone! I just have to share this with you all. I ordered a really adorable outfit for my daughter's birthday, but it was meant to be delivered from somewhere else and it never arrived - can you believe it? I was in a panic! But then, Boden came to the rescue and made sure my order got to me super quickly. Cam was amazing and sorted out the mix-up like a total pro. Two sizes up for great design and colour
Being a bigger lady, I had to go for a larger size than I usually wear with brands like Seasalt and M&S to make sure this item fit me right. But I was really pleased with the design and colour - just what I was after - so I didn't mind too much about the sizing. And I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it was delivered, only taking 2 days from when I ordered it. All in all, I'm really pleased with my purchase.
Pink cardigans - quality issue with length
I bought two pink cardigans from your shop not long ago and I've got to say, the material and colours were really top-notch. But I was a bit let down by how long they were. At 5ft 2, the cardigans just felt too lengthy on me and kind of made me look a bit frumpy. It would be really fab if you could offer a petite version with a shorter body and sleeves for us shorter customers who aren't super tall.
Lovely clothes
The items I ordered arrived pretty quickly and weren't overly packaged. The clothes look really nice and trendy, but unfortunately, the sizes weren't quite right for me. On the bright side, returning them seems simple - you can either drop them off or have them collected. It's just a shame that you can't easily exchange them for a different size by ticking a box on the form.
Simple purchase, prompt delivery
The buying process was really easy and my order turned up quite quickly, which was great. I was really happy with the quality and how well everything fit. However, one of the items had a mistake so I had to send it back. The return process was okay, but it was annoying having to buy the replacement like it was a new order. It ended up costing me more and caused a bit of a discount issue.
Great summer dress
Oh my goodness, this summer dress is just adorable! It fits me like a glove and the linen material is really lovely. The colour and pattern are absolutely stunning, I went for the Ivory, Floret Vine design. The only downside is that I'm a bit on the shorter side, so it could be a tad shorter, but no worries, I'll just wear heels! Thanks for yet another fabulous summer dress!

I received my new clothes really quickly and they let me know when they would arrive. If I need to return them, there are plenty of easy ways to do it, and I can get my money back super quickly. They also keep me informed on when everything is sorted out.

I bought some swimwear from this shop not too long ago, and I have to say, I was really happy with how everything went. The swimwear looked amazing, but I should have sized up because they're more for younger bodies. Luckily, I was able to return them easily and for free, and I exchanged them for the right size without any problems.
My clothes arrived on time
I was really pleased that my clothes arrived on time as I needed to go out. I left a note for the delivery driver to leave the package on my porch and they did exactly that. I was so relieved to see my new clothes all safe and sound when I returned.
Blue floral dress
I bought a blue floral dress here recently and I have to say, I was really impressed with how nice it was. It fit me like a glove and I got loads of compliments whenever I wore it.
Flutter sleeve tops in black & khaki
I bought some flutter sleeve tops from the shop, but they didn't quite suit my curvy figure. They were quite basic in shape, almost too basic that I thought I could have easily made them myself from leftover fabric. The straight up and down design didn't do any favours for my figure, so I decided to return them both. Although, I did like the cute sleeves, they added a nice little detail to an otherwise plain top. If they had more shaping around the waist, I might have kept them. In general, I reckon these tops would look better on someone very slim, like the models in the pictures, with a smaller bust and hip size than me (I usually wear a standard size 14 in regular clothing).
Perfect dress
The dress I ordered was just perfect - even better than I thought it would be. The quality was top-notch and the fit was spot on. Seeing that the design looked exactly like it did on the website was a great surprise. When I put it on, I felt absolutely fabulous.

Linen blazer purchase
I was really looking forward to getting my linen blazer, but I ended up being disappointed with it. The fabric and colour were good, but the padding in the shoulders and the tailoring made me feel like I had been transported back to the 80s. It might be alright for someone with a smaller frame, but if you have broader shoulders, I'd suggest avoiding this style. The button detail was a nice addition, but it couldn't make up for the strange tailoring decisions that spoiled the entire appearance for me.
