DKNY moccasins, too small
I got my DKNY moccasins and I was really let down when I saw that they were way too small. I can't believe they didn't mention this on the website! It's such a simple thing to include in the product description. I'm sure I'm not the only one who's had this problem and had to deal with the hassle of sending it back. Not a good first impression at all.

I tried reaching out to customer service several times to find out what was going on, but all I got were generic responses that didn't help at all. The lack of communication and attention to detail was really frustrating. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone based on this experience, I think it's better to spend a bit more money on a more reliable retailer.

I really need to share my recent experience with a bathing suit I bought from this shop. It was way off in terms of sizing. Even though I ordered an extra-large - which is usually a size bigger than what I normally wear - it was still too small and just didn't fit right at all. The way the swimsuit sat on my body was all wrong, making me look like I had a muffin top which wasn't great. It definitely wasn't a flattering or comfortable look. I feel let down and not very happy about spending so much money on it. I'm planning to return it and get a refund instead.

I recently ordered a tie from this department store and it was a bit of a letdown. When I got the tie, I noticed quite a few fabric catches on it, showing that it was damaged. I sent it back right away, making sure to explain the problem on their returns form. But unfortunately, they rejected the return at Selfridges. I was pretty disappointed by their lack of customer service and refusal to admit they sent out a faulty product. It's just not on really, especially from a company like Selfridges that's supposed to be top-notch.

This company is a complete mess, honestly. I ordered a bedding set and curtains, and can you believe it? They turned up all smashed and destroyed, it's like they were attacked by a monster! And to make matters worse, the curtains didn't even show up, like where are they? I had a direct debit set up and they kept sending me letters saying I hadn't paid when I definitely had! So, I got on the phone to the bank and they confirmed that the money had been taken out. But here's the kicker - I can't even log into my account now because they've sent it to some other company for payment! What's going on here, seriously? I've got evidence that I paid and they're just getting everything completely wrong. I am so done with this company, like, see you later, I don't need this stress. I've been a customer of this brand for a long time and I've noticed that the quality of their products and service has gone downhill in recent years. Even though I've been loyal to them since the 90s, my most recent online shopping experience was pretty disappointing. One of the things I got was broken, and the other one was just chucked into an open box with the wrapping paper all crumpled up. This meant I couldn't use them as gifts like I planned to. I got in touch with customer service about the broken item and they offered me a small refund, but they didn't do anything about the awful packaging. The lack of care they showed in handling and packaging the items was really disappointing and not what I expected from this brand. Because of this, I've decided not to buy from their online store again and I might even think twice about shopping at their physical stores because of their declining quality.
