Jacket
I bought a jacket from your shop not long ago and I'd say I was pretty happy with the whole thing. The delivery took a bit longer than I expected, but I get that it was probably because of the sale going on. When the jacket arrived, I saw that it was folded with the hanger, leaving a big crease in the fabric. It was also quite crumpled, which was a bit of a let-down. Even with these problems, I still gave it a 4-star rating.
Large overseas purchase
At first, I wasn't sure about buying something big from overseas, but Coltorti totally blew me away. They were great at keeping in touch through email, and my bag arrived really quickly. Just 3 days later, it was in my hands - seriously impressive! I'm so happy with what I bought, and I'll definitely come back to shop with them again!
