I recently bought a dress from this online shop and I have to say I was really impressed with the whole experience. From the moment I ordered it to when it was delivered, everything went really well. The dress is really good quality and looks amazing, even better than I expected. I was particularly pleased with how quickly it arrived, just a few working days, and the great discount I got on it. Being a first-time customer, I was pleasantly surprised by how good the service was and how easy it was to order. I am definitely happy with my purchase and will definitely be shopping there again in the future.
Misleadingly worn designer dress
I recently bought a designer dress from this shop, and I must say I was really let down. The dress was supposed to be new with tags, but when I looked closely, it was obvious that it had been worn many times. There were lots of signs of wear, like pilling all over the fabric and a small tear on the chest. It was clear that the dress was definitely not new. Even though it was a lovely design, the condition of the dress was not worth the price I paid. I tried to fix it with my dressmaker, but the damage was too bad. I feel like the store tricked me and took advantage of me, so I won't be going back there as a customer.
Worn shoes received
I recently ordered a pair of shoes from their online store and was a bit miffed when I saw they had obviously been worn before. Shoes purchase from different country
I recently bought a pair of shoes from Coltorti that I needed urgently for an upcoming event. Fendi bag purchase
I was a bit wary when I ordered from this website for the first time, but the price was too good to ignore. I thought I'd take a chance and order a Fendi bag. Surprisingly, the bag arrived just a few days after I placed my order. The bag itself was really lovely and matched the description on the website perfectly. However, I was a bit gutted to see that the original plastic on the hardware of the bag had been taken off. It would've been a nice touch to receive the bag with all its original packaging. I recently bought something from Coltorti and I have to say, the products are really authentic. The quality is fantastic and I know I can rely on getting genuine items. The delivery was super quick too, which was great. However, I did have a bit of trouble with shipping because of duties and taxes. Just make sure you pay them straight away to avoid any delays or issues with getting your order. One thing I would suggest is for the US online store to offer all the products that are available in Europe. It would be awesome to have access to their full range of products no matter where you are.

Jacket
I bought a jacket from your shop not long ago and I'd say I was pretty happy with the whole thing. The delivery took a bit longer than I expected, but I get that it was probably because of the sale going on. When the jacket arrived, I saw that it was folded with the hanger, leaving a big crease in the fabric. It was also quite crumpled, which was a bit of a let-down. Even with these problems, I still gave it a 4-star rating.
