Arrived in two days via DHS, sealed in original packaging. I use them daily for work; reliable and worth the price, nice service.
Nice snag, slight delay
Lovely price on the bag — honestly, that’s what drew me. Delivery to the UK was fairly quick, customer chat was helpful, though replies lagged a bit. Next time maybe faster. Would buy again.
Still wear them
Still love the shoes, they were great for commuting and office days, but they sadly broke. I’ve emailed customer service several times with no reply — a right shame, really actually.
Solid bag, minor flaw
Wasn't expecting much fuss, but the Mulberry bag feels proper solid — soft leather, neat stitching, comfy strap. Customer help was spot-on. Only tiny scuff and price a bit high, but overall I'm really happy

Picked decent shoes
Oddly, I picked them while half-watching telly — the site’s easy to use and checkout was quick. Shoes fit well straight away, comfy enough for daily wear. Customer chat (Giulia) sorted a sizing query fast. Had worse buys elsewhere, so pleased overall.
Little victory, oddly satisfying
I hunted down a Casablanca item in a tricky size and Residenza 725 actually had it, at the sale price too. No nonsense, they really had stock — really had my size, which was a relief. I did grumble about the shipping fee at first, then a promo code covered it so that worked out, paid for itself in a way. The parcel arrived in two or three days, quicker than I'd dared expect — and yes, side note, DHL are pants but that’s the courier, not the seller. Item was exactly as described, nicely packaged, and there was even a little handwritten note which was a sweet unexpected touch. This is my second buy in a couple of weeks because the first went just as well, so I felt comfortable ordering again. If they keep this up, they’ve got a repeat customer — though I do wish shipping was clearer up front.
Halfway-through find
the XT‑6s are genuine, sizing help came back quickly when I messaged, and DHL dropped them at the door with no faff. There was a tiny scuff on the box and the colour’s a smidge different to the photos, but my niece is chuffed and I’d order again.
Max Mara top
Shopping at this store was absolutely amazing. The team there were so helpful and made sure my package got to me in time for my trip. A big thank you to Perla and the rest of the team for their fantastic service. The only downside was that the white Max Mara top I wanted to buy was out of stock at the time.
Quick international delivery
I was so pleased with how fast my order came from Europe to the US as an international customer. It only took 4 days from the time I paid for my items to reach my doorstep. At first, I was a bit unsure about buying from this website because the prices were much lower than the official brand site. But I was pleasantly surprised to receive the exact item I wanted in perfect condition.

Wasted Money
My experience with this company has been an absolute nightmare. I bought something from them, but they claimed to have refunded me months ago. I've tried contacting them many times, but I haven't received any help or solution. It feels like they believe they can simply take my money and walk away. Well, they can't. I won't give up until they're held responsible for their dishonest behaviour. They're just a bunch of thieves, that's all.
Handbag purchase
I recently bought a handbag from this shop, and I have to say, I was quite disappointed with the quality. Even though it arrived quickly, the front panel of the bag had visible puncture marks, which looked like someone had done a messy job of re-stitching. I mean, come on, if I'm spending a lot of money on something expensive, I expect top-quality. I understand that problems can happen, but this was simply not good enough. On the positive side, the staff at the store acted quickly to my concerns and gave me a refund, which I'm thankful for. It's just a shame that I had to deal with a faulty product in the first place.
Purchased luxury clothing items
I bought some stuff from this shop and it was really good quality and just the style I wanted. However, it did take a bit longer to arrive than I thought, but I guess that's because it was coming from abroad. The customer service was really good though, which made up for the wait. The only downside was that they don't give you back the shipping fee when you return something, which was a bit of a letdown. Return & refund issue
I've been having a bit of bother with the company over a return and refund. I've been trying to get in touch with them to sort it out, but I've not had any response. They've gone and changed their name, which has made it tricky for me to do the return online like they said. I sent them an email, but I've not heard back yet, and it's really getting on my nerves because I can't go ahead with the return and refund without their help. I'm hoping they can up their game when it comes to communication and customer service to sort out these problems quicker.
First-time purchase experience
As a new customer at this shop, I have to say I was really happy with my experience overall. My order took a bit longer to arrive than I thought, about 10 days, but given the current situation, I think it was fine. The price of the item I bought was actually cheaper than I expected, especially with the discount code and local tax included.
