Missoni bath mat purchase
I recently bought a fancy Missoni bath mat from this amazing boutique and I have to say, the whole thing was just fantastic. The item arrived quickly and was really nicely packaged in a box, showing how much care Coltorti puts into their products. Even though it came all the way from Italy to the United States, the shipping was surprisingly fast and I got regular updates about where my package was during the whole process. Worn shoes received
I recently ordered a pair of shoes from their online store and was a bit miffed when I saw they had obviously been worn before. Being someone who likes his stuff fresh out of the box, this was disappointing. I decided to get in touch with their customer service straight away to sort it out, and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful and polite they were. They quickly agreed that I shouldn't have to foot the bill for returning the shoes, which was a weight off my shoulders. On top of that, they processed a refund back to my account without delay. Despite the bump in the road with the product, I am happy to report I am now a satisfied customer thanks to the way they handled the situation.

I upgrade my wardrobe as at when necessary because it is never my intention to stay out of fashion. Yes, I said lowest price ever as compared to others. I had since changed where I buy my clothes from. I have also succeeded in marketing Coltorti to a friend who is now equally buying all his clothes and accessories from the company. All along, none of us have had a reason to regret doing any business with Coltorti. In fact, it is rather where we find true satisfaction like I said, when compared to our former dealers.
Shoes purchase from different country
I recently bought a pair of shoes from Coltorti that I needed urgently for an upcoming event. By Monday afternoon, I hadn't received a shipping confirmation, so I was a bit concerned as I needed the shoes by Friday. I decided to email their customer service to ask if they could speed up the shipping for me. Surprisingly, they quickly replied saying they had arranged express delivery for my order. I was so happy to get the shoes on Tuesday, well in time for my event. The customer service at Coltorti really went above and beyond, and I'll definitely be shopping with them again. A big thank you to the team for their outstanding service!
Max Mara top
Shopping at this store was absolutely amazing. The team there were so helpful and made sure my package got to me in time for my trip. A big thank you to Perla and the rest of the team for their fantastic service. The only downside was that the white Max Mara top I wanted to buy was out of stock at the time.

I was so pleased with how fast my order came from Europe to the US as an international customer. It only took 4 days from the time I paid for my items to reach my doorstep. At first, I was a bit unsure about buying from this website because the prices were much lower than the official brand site. But I was pleasantly surprised to receive the exact item I wanted in perfect condition.

I recently bought a handbag from this shop, and I have to say, I was quite disappointed with the quality. Even though it arrived quickly, the front panel of the bag had visible puncture marks, which looked like someone had done a messy job of re-stitching. I mean, come on, if I'm spending a lot of money on something expensive, I expect top-quality. I understand that problems can happen, but this was simply not good enough. On the positive side, the staff at the store acted quickly to my concerns and gave me a refund, which I'm thankful for. It's just a shame that I had to deal with a faulty product in the first place.

I recently bought something from Coltorti and I have to say, the products are really authentic. The quality is fantastic and I know I can rely on getting genuine items. The delivery was super quick too, which was great. However, I did have a bit of trouble with shipping because of duties and taxes. Just make sure you pay them straight away to avoid any delays or issues with getting your order. One thing I would suggest is for the US online store to offer all the products that are available in Europe. It would be awesome to have access to their full range of products no matter where you are.

Wasted Money
My experience with this company has been an absolute nightmare. I bought something from them, but they claimed to have refunded me months ago. I've tried contacting them many times, but I haven't received any help or solution. It feels like they believe they can simply take my money and walk away. Well, they can't. I won't give up until they're held responsible for their dishonest behaviour. They're just a bunch of thieves, that's all.
Purchased luxury clothing items
I bought some stuff from this shop and it was really good quality and just the style I wanted. However, it did take a bit longer to arrive than I thought, but I guess that's because it was coming from abroad. The customer service was really good though, which made up for the wait. The only downside was that they don't give you back the shipping fee when you return something, which was a bit of a letdown. I hope they think about setting up a warehouse in the US soon to make it easier for customers to return things.
Return & refund issue
I've been having a bit of bother with the company over a return and refund. I've been trying to get in touch with them to sort it out, but I've not had any response. They've gone and changed their name, which has made it tricky for me to do the return online like they said. I sent them an email, but I've not heard back yet, and it's really getting on my nerves because I can't go ahead with the return and refund without their help. I'm hoping they can up their game when it comes to communication and customer service to sort out these problems quicker.

As a new customer at this shop, I have to say I was really happy with my experience overall. My order took a bit longer to arrive than I thought, about 10 days, but given the current situation, I think it was fine. The price of the item I bought was actually cheaper than I expected, especially with the discount code and local tax included. Overall, I was pleased with my purchase and would definitely think about buying from them again.
Misleadingly worn designer dress
I recently bought a designer dress from this shop, and I must say I was really let down. The dress was supposed to be new with tags, but when I looked closely, it was obvious that it had been worn many times. There were lots of signs of wear, like pilling all over the fabric and a small tear on the chest. It was clear that the dress was definitely not new. Even though it was a lovely design, the condition of the dress was not worth the price I paid. I tried to fix it with my dressmaker, but the damage was too bad. I feel like the store tricked me and took advantage of me, so I won't be going back there as a customer.
