Max Mara top
Shopping at this store was absolutely amazing. The team there were so helpful and made sure my package got to me in time for my trip. A big thank you to Perla and the rest of the team for their fantastic service. The only downside was that the white Max Mara top I wanted to buy was out of stock at the time.
Quick international delivery
I was so pleased with how fast my order came from Europe to the US as an international customer. It only took 4 days from the time I paid for my items to reach my doorstep. At first, I was a bit unsure about buying from this website because the prices were much lower than the official brand site. Wasted Money
My experience with this company has been an absolute nightmare. I bought something from them, but they claimed to have refunded me months ago. I've tried contacting them many times, but I haven't received any help or solution. It feels like they believe they can simply take my money and walk away. Well, they can't. I won't give up until they're held responsible for their dishonest behaviour. They're just a bunch of thieves, that's all.

I recently bought a handbag from this shop, and I have to say, I was quite disappointed with the quality. Even though it arrived quickly, the front panel of the bag had visible puncture marks, which looked like someone had done a messy job of re-stitching. I mean, come on, if I'm spending a lot of money on something expensive, I expect top-quality. I understand that problems can happen, but this was simply not good enough. On the positive side, the staff at the store acted quickly to my concerns and gave me a refund, which I'm thankful for. It's just a shame that I had to deal with a faulty product in the first place.
Purchased luxury clothing items
I bought some stuff from this shop and it was really good quality and just the style I wanted. However, it did take a bit longer to arrive than I thought, but I guess that's because it was coming from abroad. The customer service was really good though, which made up for the wait. The only downside was that they don't give you back the shipping fee when you return something, which was a bit of a letdown. Misleadingly worn designer dress
I recently bought a designer dress from this shop, and I must say I was really let down. Jacket
I bought a jacket from your shop not long ago and I'd say I was pretty happy with the whole thing.
