Slow-cooking microwave
I bought a slow-cooking microwave not long ago, thinking it would be handy and efficient. However, it turned out to be a big letdown. It took ages to cook anything, and it had loads of faults that stopped it from working properly. When I got in touch with customer service to ask for help, they weren't very helpful and made me feel like they weren't taking me seriously. On the other hand, my experiences with Tefal have always been great. They have been quick to fix any problems and have provided effective solutions. So, in the future, I'll be sticking with them for all my appliance needs.
Air fryer racks issue
I had an issue with my air fryer racks getting all rusty and discoloured, you know? So, I thought I'd get in touch with the company to see if I could buy some new ones. But, guess what? They totally shocked me by sending me a brand new set for free! I couldn't believe it, especially as I've only had the air fryer for less than a year. Their customer service was absolutely fantastic, top-notch in every way. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great service.
Electrical item warranty replacement
I had a really good experience with the customer service team when the electrical item I bought from this company stopped working within the warranty. I sent an email to Customer Services to explain what happened, and they quickly sent me a new replacement without any fuss. I was really impressed with how efficient and professional the team was in dealing with my problem. It gives me confidence as a customer, and I'll definitely be buying from them again in the future.

When a friend was complaining bitterly how his household appliances were getting spoilt and disappointing him, I felt bad for him but I learnt a lesson out of this situation. I had to check the brand names and taking down notes so as not to make the same mistake. When eventually I wanted to make my purchases of household appliances, I had to completely stay away from the brands. Rather, Daewoo was the brand that I went. Putting their products into use, they have been duly serving me in various areas without developing fault or anything to complain about. Electronic devices such as electric kettles, cookers, jugs, heater, fan, sound system, television and more.
