Outdoor Fairy Lights
I got these really lovely fairy lights for my garden from this one place, but you know what? They never showed up! It was so annoying. I tried emailing them, but they didn't even bother to reply. Such a let down and a waste of my time and money. I think I'll just shop somewhere else next time, thank you very much.
Office desk purchase
I wouldn't bother with this company if I were you. I ordered an office desk from them and it never showed up. I tried contacting them several times through email, phone, and online chat but got no reply. It seems like they don't really care about their customers. I even asked them to cancel my order, but no surprise, they ignored that too. Thankfully, I managed to get a refund through PayPal, but their customer service and communication skills are shockingly bad. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of ordering from this company.
Gardening tools
I recently ordered some gardening tools from this company, but it was a complete disaster! They took my money and never actually sent me the tools. I tried calling and emailing them, but they never got back to me. I honestly feel like I've been scammed!
Refunded money
I ordered something, did not receive it, and emailed to inquire why, but no one got back to me. They did refund my money, but honestly, the lack of customer service was disappointing. It felt like a waste of time.
Order never came
Ugh, I ordered this really cool thing but it never arrived! And when I tried to call the company, the phone just kept hanging up on me. So frustrating! I reckon this website should be shut down because they're definitely a scam!
Bread maker purchase
I bought a bread maker from this place back in January and they promised it would arrive in 3-4 days. Can you believe it? I waited for a whole 2 weeks and still no sign of it! So I decided to send them an email, and all they said was that it would be delivered by Wednesday. Well, Wednesday came and went, and still no bread maker! I reached out again, and all they could offer was apologies and a promise to look into it. I had to take matters into my own hands and ask my bank for a refund because I was convinced it was a scam. Now, even in March, they're still trying to dispute the refund with my bank as if they actually delivered something! What a nightmare of a company, please avoid buying from them.
Cast Iron Frying Pan
I recently bought a cast iron frying pan from this company, and I have to say, it was a disaster. It was meant to come with free delivery and cost £29.99, but the delivery didn't show up in the 3-5 days they promised. The first red flag was when they randomly added a £6 delivery fee without explaining. And to top it off, the purchase appeared as "fish aquatics limited" on PayPal. I tried reaching out to customer service through the website, phone calls, and emails, but no one bothered to reply or help me find my missing order. It took me 11 days of waiting and trying to get in touch before I finally got a refund through PayPal.
Breadmaker purchase
I recently bought a breadmaker from this company. It took ages for me to get it, though. I tried emailing and writing to customer service loads of times, but no one got back to me. They kept saying it would be delivered soon, but it never was. Luckily, my bank gave me a refund for the breadmaker that never showed up.
