I've used this flower delivery service twice, and both times have been disappointing. The first bunch of flowers I got were already drooping, and the second delivery ended up behind my neighbour's bin where I couldn't even find them. I reached out to customer service to sort it out, but they were adamant that the flowers had been delivered correctly, even though they were clearly left in the wrong place and out of sight. The fact that they won't take responsibility for their mistakes is just not on, and I'm really not happy with the service at all.

I wanted to let you know to avoid this company. The lenses I purchased were really uncomfortable and ended up making my eyes very dry after only a few hours. When I tried to complain to them, they told me to send the lenses back for a quality check. I couldn't afford to do that, so I was left with uncomfortable lenses. I eventually switched to a different company and the change is incredible. It's like comparing night and day! I don't mind paying a bit more for quality now.

I spent £200 on clothes for Christmas but never got anything. The tracking said the package was sent on December 18th. I contacted customer service and they said they'd give me a refund or send another package. But now it's been 2-3 days and no one has got back to me. My £200 seems to have vanished. I really think it's best to steer clear of this company - one star is too good for them, they don't even deserve that.

The air dehumidifier I bought was absolutely brilliant. The control panel was straightforward, and emptying the water tank was a piece of cake. Today, my husband and I treated ourselves to a cruise for our Wedding Anniversary present. The seating plan was all mixed up, and we ended up sitting in a not-so-great spot. Throughout the ride, we only got our snacks and tea right at the end, close to where we started from. They seemed more interested in selling drinks than serving the snacks. To top it off, we discovered a fish bone in one of the sandwiches. We decided not to make a fuss about it since it was time to head back. Our overall experience was a real letdown, and we felt let down by the poor level of service we received.

4 pairs of jogging bottoms
Recently, I bought four pairs of jogging bottoms from this shop, but I was let down to see all four pairs had significant bobbling on the crotch area and one pair also had bobbling down the legs. Worried about the quality, I got in touch with customer service on the phone and via email, and they told me to take the items to the store in Parkstone, Dorset. When I went to the store and talked to the manager, they told me the bobbling and material breaking down were seen as "normal" after just one wash. I was surprised by this, as it seemed to me that the material wasn't good enough. Also, the manager suggested I had worn the items many times, which I found a bit offensive. After discussing more with customer service, I managed to officially complain. Eventually, the store manager reluctantly gave a refund for three items after waiting for 15 minutes, but insisted I pay to return the fourth pair. That felt like bad customer service, as I'd have to pay again if they thought it was due to wear and tear after only one wash. Overall, I was disappointed with the company's values and poor customer service, as well as the low quality of the material that wore out so quickly. I won't be buying from them again.

The museum turns out to be smaller than I thought from the pictures online. The best bit about it is the interactive rooms with all the lights and technology, but really, there are only about 3 or 4 of these rooms. It gets pretty packed with people, which kind of spoils the whole experience and makes it hard to take good photos. They do have some modern and pop art which is pretty cool if you're into that stuff, but I was a bit gutted to see that some of the pieces were just copies. I was hoping for all original artworks, so that was a bit of a disappointment for me.

Ordered co codamol 30mg and they are fake!!! Done nothing for me at all!! Although the box and tablets look real!! God knows what's actually in them!!!
