DIY E-Liquids purchases
I've been using this online store for a while now and I have to say, I'm really impressed with their products. I like to make my own e-juice for my vape and DIY E-Liquids has been the best place for me to get all the ingredients I need. They have a wide variety of flavour concentrates and their prices are really competitive. They keep adding new flavours, which keeps me interested and coming back for more as I enjoy trying out different combinations. E-liquids concentrate
Since I decided to quit smoking cigarettes, I have however tried to find comfort with vaping as an alternative. So I have been vaping with different products from different dealers. However, it came a time I realized I could be making the vaping products by myself. Kind of DIY. But sourcing for the right concentrates was the issue. Luckily I discovered DIY E-LIQUIDS as the supplier of concentrates for e-liquids. It has been my best pleasure to be doing business with DIY E-LIQUIDS and I like everything I get from the company. First purchase for next day delivery
I was a bit worried about ordering after reading some bad reviews, but I took the plunge and placed my first order for next day delivery. The parcel ended up being delayed and didn't arrive when it was supposed to. I got in touch with customer service and they said if it didn't come the next day, they would refund me the fee for next day delivery. However, there was a hiccup with the Royal Mail tracking and the parcel did arrive on time in the end. I was happy with the service and the products I received, and I will definitely be making another order soon.
E-liquids purchase
I'm completely fed up with the service from this company. I've been a loyal customer for ages and always been pleased with my orders, but this time is really let me down. I made a big order weeks ago and still haven't got it. They took my payment straight away, but there's no tracking info on my account. I've sent four emails asking about my order or a refund, but no one has got back to me. This kind of customer service is just not on and has totally changed my view of this company. It's so disappointing to have such a bad experience after having good ones before.
E-liquid and E-lux Legend vape
I recently bought some E-liquid and the E-lux Legend vape from your shop. The delivery was supposed to be in 1-2 days with an extra charge, which was more than I thought. However, when the package arrived, I saw that the vape wasn't working right, with juice leaking and the paint coming off. I got in touch with the customer service team straight away, sending pictures of the damaged items, and they got back to me within 24 hours.
Mystery Box Purchase
I bought a mystery box from this shop not long ago and was happy to see it arrive so quickly. The e liquids inside were okay, although I did struggle a bit to open the bottles. As for the price, I don't think I got the incredible deal they said I would on their site, but it wasn't too bad either. In the end, I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase, although I'm not sure if I'd go for another mystery box next time.

I've just bought some e-liquids online and the company got in touch with me quickly on Monday to let me know that one of the flavours I wanted was out of stock. They were nice enough to ask me what I'd like instead, and my order turned up today with the replacement flavour in it. I really value their communication and how quickly they sorted it out. Thanks very much, I'll definitely be shopping with them again.
Vape order
I was a bit worried about ordering from this place at first because of what I read, but I decided to go for it anyway. I ordered my vape on a Friday and it arrived the following Thursday. It wasn't super quick, but it works fine and I got what I wanted. I think it's safe to say that this place is alright to use.

This place is absolutely great! I've been coming here to get my vape supplies for ages. The flavours are amazing and much better than they used to be. I really love their vape flavourings. Take a look at their deals, they're fantastic! And their own juices are excellent.

I wouldn't bother with this company. I ordered something and had to wait ages for them to even get it sorted. I tried ringing them a bunch of times but no one ever picked up. Eventually, I managed to get hold of someone who said they'd send me a new one, but who knows if they actually will. The order did eventually turn up, but it was such a faff. I'd recommend finding a more dependable company to save yourself the stress.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered some e-liquids, paid for them, and then heard absolutely nothing. I tried calling and emailing them several times, but they never got back to me. The vapes never showed up, so now I have to deal with getting my money back from the card company. Avoid this company like the plague - they're total scammers and don't care about their customers at all.
Replacement order for lost parcel, 'Mana Sticks'
I recently had a bit of a hiccup with DIY E Liquids when my replacement order got lost in the post, but I have to say they were really good at sorting it out quickly and sending me a new one. However, I was a bit let down by the quality of the 'Mana Sticks' I got. They promised up to 600 puffs per stick, but most of them didn't even come close to that - more like half, to be honest. When I asked for a replacement for something more reliable, they said I had to send back the ones I'd used for checking. Problem was, I'd already thrown a lot away, so that put me in a bit of a spot. I think they need to come up with a better way of dealing with situations like this, without causing hassle for the customers. Hopefully DIY E Liquids can make some improvements in this area to keep customers coming back, including me and my mates.
10 assorted e-liquids, 3 were faulty.
I bought 10 e-liquids from this store not long ago and to be honest, I was pretty let down by the whole experience. 3 out of the 10 were dodgy and just didn't work right at all. When I tried to contact the company to sort it out, it was a total nightmare. The customer service was just not there, it felt like they couldn't care less about us customers. My advice is to steer clear and not buy anything from there, it's just not worth the hassle.
Terrible experience, missing items, burnt taste
I was so disappointed with this company. I ordered 8 items and 4 were missing. On top of that, the ones I did get tasted burnt! It was awful and a total waste of money.

I bought something from this company not long ago and honestly, it was awful. I never got my order, even after I kept following up on the delivery and was told I'd get a refund in 24 hours. But guess what? It didn't happen, even after a few days. The customer service was shockingly bad and I was just left feeling so annoyed and let down. I definitely recommend looking somewhere else for your vaping stuff.
7000 puff vapes
I've ordered from these guys a few times and everything's been fine up until now. Normally, if they're out of stock, they send something similar, but this time I ordered 4 7000 puff vapes and made sure to say I didn't want any substitutes. However, they ended up sending me 0% nicotine ones instead, and I was pretty disappointed. It felt like a bit of a rip-off, to be honest.

Oh dear, what a mess! I placed my order back on the 20th of July, and by the 24th it was showing as shipped. But here we are today, still no sign of my delivery. I tried checking the Royal Mail tracking, but it was no use - they were still waiting for DIY e-liquids to even send the package! I got in touch with them and they started talking about age verification, even though I was never asked for that or given any heads up about it. What a farce! They say they sent me an email, but I never got it - yet they had no issue taking my money. Eventually, I got a refund, but the whole thing was just too much hassle. My advice - save yourself time and money and go somewhere else!

I thought I'd have a go at making my own E Liquids from this place, but honestly, it was a complete disaster. Right from the beginning, they claimed they had shipped my order over a week ago. But when I reached out to them, they told me I hadn't done the age verification. How was I supposed to know that if they didn't make it clear during the purchase? It felt like they just took my money and forgot to actually send me the product. I had to keep chasing them to sort it out, their service was just awful. If you don't want to waste your time and money, I'd steer clear of this place like the plague.
