Erborian skincare, bamboo products, mixed skin, mask parties
I've been a loyal customer of this skincare brand for the past 2 years and I have to say, I am absolutely hooked. I've struggled with finding the right products for my mixed skin for a long time, always switching from one brand to another. But since I came across Erborian, I haven't looked back. Their bamboo products have been a game-changer for me. Not only do they effectively regulate my mixed skin, but they're also gentle and quickly absorbed, leaving my skin feeling nourished and balanced. The masks from this brand are also a personal favourite of mine. In fact, I love them so much that I've even started organising mask parties with my friends to share the love for Erborian. I truly believe that this brand is underrated and more people should know about the amazing products they offer.
I got my product exchanged early than expected
I am a lover of Erborian products for years. When it comes to my beauty product I do not go far Erborian offers more than enough. However, a mix-up happened a few months ago. I ordered red lipstick among other products but was delivered a gold color. I contacted customer care who gave me the procedure to return the goods if it is still in it original state. Thank God I discovered earlier and had not destroyed the package. I returned it and was given my red lipstick which I originally ordered for. It was quite fast and I am quite impressed. Great customer service and delivery.
Holy Grail skincare and makeup
Hey everyone, I just wanted to share how amazing this product is. Yes, it may be a bit expensive, but honestly, it's worth it. I had to really consider my budget as a student before buying this skincare and makeup, but I'm so glad I did. My skin has never been better - it's smoother, no more redness or dry patches, and I feel so much more confident. I'm definitely sticking with this brand for life. I can't stop talking about how great it is!
Missing item, good customer service
I ordered two things but only received one at first. I was so surprised! I called customer service and they were really friendly, they sorted it out straight away. Turns out they didn't even charge me for it, which was a relief! The orders are for my friend's birthday so I hope they like the stuff. Everyone says Erborian is great so hopefully it all works out!
Quick delivery and amazing product quality
I couldn't believe how quickly my order arrived, only took a few days! And let me tell you, when I tried the product, oh my goodness, it was absolutely fantastic. This was my first time ordering from here but I can guarantee you, I'll definitely be a returning customer.

CC Creme in Dore
I bought the CC Creme in Dore and I must say, I'm really happy with it. The coverage is great and the ingredients are top quality. I got a few free samples too, which was a nice surprise. Even with the lockdown, my delivery arrived within the expected time. I'll definitely buy from this brand again, their K beauty products are as good as the reviews suggest.

I bought something the other day and was a bit gutted when I didn't get all the samples I asked for. But, when I contacted customer service by email, they got straight back to me and were really helpful. A few days later, I got the missing sample in the post, which showed me they really care about making sure customers are happy.
CC Cream purchase
I bought the CC Cream from this brand not long ago, and let me tell you, I am absolutely blown away by how good it is. The coverage is amazing, it just melts into my skin, leaving me with a really radiant and flawless look. Plus, the SPF in it is such a bonus - it's a real all-rounder for everyday use.
Face cream purchase
I recently bought a face cream from this company, but unfortunately, it didn't work well with my skin. Nearly two weeks ago, I returned it following all the procedures. I've sent two emails asking about my refund since then, but haven't received any response. Today, I called their helpline at 9 am sharp and got an automated message saying all advisors were busy - at 9 am exactly? It's ridiculous! All I want is my refund, but the lack of communication and efficiency from this company is really disappointing. I would definitely advise against using this company if you care about good customer service.
CC Cream purchase
I got sucked into buying their CC cream after spotting it on social media. They made it sound so good, promising flawless coverage for both my face and eyes. But when I gave it a go, I was really let down. The CC cream didn't do what it said it would - my skin just looked dull and it didn't hide any imperfections. And the eye cream wasn't any better, it didn't do much to cover up my dark circles at all.
BB creme purchase
I've just come across this company and thought I'd give their BB creme a go. I have to say, I'm really pleased with how it feels on my skin - light but with good coverage. I'm really impressed and will definitely be coming back for more.

Erborian CC cream in doré
I've been using this product for a couple of years and I have to say, I absolutely love the light coverage it gives. Whenever I wear it, I always get compliments on my foundation, and I'm quick to recommend it to others. It's definitely a must-have in my daily makeup routine.
