This company is an absolute nightmare! I thought I'd sell some of my designer gear at their shop in Notting Hill, but it's been a total scam. They've been ignoring all my emails, holding onto my stuff, and not paying me what we agreed. It's a right mess and I might have to get the ombudsman or a solicitor involved. Stay away from them!

Awful hotel experience
My stay at that hotel was a nightmare. The place itself was alright, but there were a few big issues that really ruined my whole stay. For starters, there weren't any kettles in the room, which is just standard stuff for hospitality. How am I meant to have a nice cuppa in the morning or relax with a hot drink at night? It's a small thing, but it made a big difference.

MULTIPLE TICKET DISAPPOINTMENT
Buying a combined ticket for the London Eye and river cruise turned out to be a nightmare. I thought I was being clever by planning in advance and getting everything sorted, but it all went pear-shaped. The cruise had a set time, but my London Eye booking needed to be changed. Basically, I couldn't get a spot for the next 5 days. And guess what? No chance of a refund! It's like they think you can just magically fit it in whenever, as if people don't have commitments or can't just drop everything. Honestly, it's a con and a total waste of money.

Just a heads up, the prices are outrageous and they don't make it clear that you'll have to fork out more for extra search options like looking up by name or phone number. The costs rack up fast, and there are sneaky additional fees that can end up costing you a fortune. I was taken aback to realise that I only had a trial period, not a whole month as I had assumed. Luckily, I used a one-time card for payment. Social Catfish says they catch scammers, but in my view, they're the ones running a scam themselves. No point in sending them questions via email because they won't bother replying.

I was really let down by the pyjama I bought from this shop. When it came, it was all fuzzy and definitely not in a new state. I sent it back straight away, but was shocked to find out I had to pay for the return postage. It's not right for a shop to send out dirty stuff and then make the customer pay extra. I won't be shopping here again, that's for sure.

Oh my goodness, can you believe it? I ordered those lavender plants last year and guess what? They never showed up! I mean, seriously, they were meant to arrive in November but no sign of them. And when I tried to get a refund, they just kept saying they'd do it but never actually did. It's been six months now and still nada! I had to go to the bank to sort it out and even they were aware of how dodgy this company is. Definitely steer clear of buying from them, it's a complete rip-off!

They cancelled my order and took ages to give me my money back. Everything was fine with my purchase at first - I paid for a rental car I could get a refund on. But when I wanted to cancel, it was a nightmare. They said it would take up to 10 working days to get my refund, but it actually took nearly 20 days. I had to email them loads of times over several days before I finally got my cash back. The refund dates kept changing and the customer service person was useless and so rude.

Voucher restrictions and warranty issues
I had a bit of a terrible time with the vouchers at that shop. I couldn't use them on items that were already on sale, so I had very few choices. On top of that, they wouldn't help me with any warranty problems, saying it started from when the item was made, not when I bought it. It was really annoying and left me feeling frustrated. All in all, it was just a really rubbish experience.

Oh my god, I bought this really cute dress but it turned out to be too big! I was away for what felt like an eternity, and then I got sick and missed the return date by just 2 days! Can you imagine? I contacted customer service, and all they did was robotically repeat the dull terms and conditions. It was so unhelpful and seemed like they didn't understand at all. Do you think they even care about the environment? It's so annoying!

Moisture plasterboard
I ordered some moisture plasterboard from your company not too long ago, and I'm afraid to say that I wasn't too happy with how it was delivered. The first batch was all messed up and the moisture plasterboard was right at the bottom of the delivery, so the moisture membrane got all scratched and ruined. They sent me a replacement in a hurry, but even that came with a big crack down the middle. It's pretty frustrating to get damaged stuff, especially when it looks like someone should have noticed the problem while loading and moving it around.

Quality of product and return process
As a Canadian shopper, I was pretty gutted when I found out that I had to send back any returns to the US at my own cost. When I got in touch with customer service to address this problem, I received mixed messages and solutions that didn't really sort things out. Initially, they offered me a 20% refund and said I could keep the fridge, but when I asked for a full refund, they told me it wasn't possible because it was past the 30-day return period.

Necklace purchases
I bought three necklaces from this brand, and they all broke within a year of wearing them. Each necklace had a flimsy chain that kept snapping, which was really disappointing and annoying. Ancient Italian Highlights Tour
I've just got back from the Ancient Italian Highlights Tour where we checked out Pompeii, Herculaneum, and Paestum, along with some other cool spots. Our trip was amazing, mostly thanks to our guide Karina. She knew so much, was really interesting, and had everything super well-organised, making sure our journey went smoothly and we learned loads about the history and culture of the places we visited. Staying in Vico Equense was a great idea as it was away from the busy tourist areas but still handy for our trips. The hotel and staff were top-notch, making us feel right at home. Honestly, it's going to be tough to beat this tour in terms of fun and learning!
