Underwhelming floral arrangement
I was really disappointed with the flower arrangement I got from this company. The flowers were dry, wilted, and not arranged nicely. They looked like something you could get in a supermarket for way less money. The whole presentation was dull, no extra greenery, and the wrapping was damaged like it had been knocked around. Worst of all, there was no note to say who sent them, so I had to ring up to find out. When I did, the customer service person wasn't helpful at all and said only the person who ordered them could complain. It left me feeling frustrated and really let down by the whole thing.
Flower delivery service
I used this company for flower delivery recently and I must say I was really let down by the whole experience. They said they tried to deliver the flowers but I didn't get any notification or attempt made. When I reached out to customer service, they weren't very helpful and even wanted to charge me for another delivery. I wouldn't advise using this company for flower deliveries.
Late flower delivery
I was so disappointed with the flower delivery service I used as a customer. I had ordered some flowers to be delivered on a specific day, and I made sure to stay at home all day waiting for them. The delivery window was between 10am and 6pm, which felt like a long time, but I was happy to wait. Unfortunately, the flowers never showed up. I kept waiting and waiting, but no delivery ever came. I can understand that delays might occur, but not getting any updates or communication about my order was not good enough. I really value punctuality, so I felt frustrated and really let down by this experience.
Disappointing Mother's Day flower purchase
I bought some flowers for Mother's Day from this company and honestly, I was really let down by the quality. The bouquet I got was way smaller than what they showed on their website, and the flowers weren't great either. So, I got in touch to tell them how I felt, but all I got back were these robot-like replies saying there's no chance of a refund. Clearly, they don't really care about what customers think or about making things better. I'd suggest avoiding this company and searching for somewhere else that offers higher quality and service.
Valentine's Day flowers for wife
At 10pm, I got an email saying the flowers had been delivered. I was home all day and didn't see any delivery attempt. I asked my neighbours, but nothing was left outside. When I contacted their support, they said it would take two business days to sort it out. It's a shame because I was trying to surprise my wife with the flowers for Valentine's Day. Next time, I'll go for a more dependable brand for flower deliveries.
Disappointing flower delivery
I recently ordered some flowers from this service because I wanted to bring a smile to someone's face. But let me tell you, when they turned up, they bore no resemblance to the stunning bouquet I saw on the website. To make matters worse, they looked so sad and sorry - most of them were drooping and on the verge of kicking the bucket. I must say, I was really let down by the poor quality of the flowers that were delivered to me.
Flowers with disappointing longevity
The flowers that my family got from the company I work for were a really nice thought during a tough time, but unfortunately they withered and died after only 96 hours. I tried to speak to Customer Support about this as the recipient, but their responses were not helpful at all. Even though they originally said the flowers would last a week, they then told me I had to report any problems within 72 hours, which left me with no solution. The mixed messages and lack of help from Customer Support were quite disappointing, especially considering how much the service cost. In the future, I would suggest supporting local businesses for a more personal and reliable experience.
