Vintage pastel flowers
I bought a bouquet of vintage pastel flowers from your website not long ago, but I have to say I was quite disappointed with how it turned out. The bouquet didn't really have that vintage pastel look that was shown on the website. When I got in touch with customer service to let them know how I felt, they told me that the flowers would look more like the picture once they had fully bloomed. But even after waiting for them to open up, the bouquet still didn't look like what was advertised. Overall, I was let down by the difference between what was shown online and what I actually received.
Spectacular fresh flowers
I recently bought a bunch of flowers from an online flower shop and I have to say, I was really impressed with how fresh and lovely they were. The flowers looked absolutely stunning and the person I sent them to was so surprised and happy when they received them. Not only did my girlfriend adore the flowers, but even her workmates were impressed by how beautiful they looked. The delivery was quick and arrived right on time, which made the whole thing a really special and enjoyable experience. I'll definitely be using this flower shop again for any upcoming events.
Birthday flowers
OMG, Floom completely disappointed me with my birthday flowers! I ordered ahead of time for my special day, but they completely failed to deliver. I was really looking forward to surprising my friend with a lovely bouquet, but it never showed up. Floom completely ruined my day and I won't be relying on them for important events in the future. Save yourself the hassle and don't bother ordering from them if you want your flowers to actually arrive!
Flowers, mixed up message
I ordered some flowers for my mate's birthday but when they arrived, only half of the message was on the card! So my friend had no clue who sent them, which spoiled the surprise. I tried giving the florist a ring but they weren't very helpful due to some data protection issue. It was meant to be a thoughtful gift but it turned out to be a disaster. I raised a complaint with them but all I received was a daft automated response and then they pestered me to leave reviews, about 5 times! Not good at all.
Floral arrangement purchase
I bought a floral arrangement through this service not long ago. Even though I ordered it a week beforehand, my delivery ended up being late and the order was all wrong. I was really let down by the service and wouldn't suggest it to anyone.
Wrong order received
I was absolutely appalled by the service I got from this company. I ordered a lovely bouquet of flowers for a special occasion, but got a completely different arrangement. When I got in touch with customer service about the mix-up, they flat out refused to give me a full refund and only offered me £20 as a sorry gesture. I couldn't believe how they wouldn't own up to their mistake or try to make it right. I'd really suggest others avoid using this service.
Flower delivery service
I've used this flower delivery service twice, and both times have been disappointing. The first bunch of flowers I got were already drooping, and the second delivery ended up behind my neighbour's bin where I couldn't even find them. I reached out to customer service to sort it out, but they were adamant that the flowers had been delivered correctly, even though they were clearly left in the wrong place and out of sight. The fact that they won't take responsibility for their mistakes is just not on, and I'm really not happy with the service at all.
Valentine's Day flower delivery
I was really let down by the service I received from this company. I tried to be organised by ordering flowers for Valentine's Day early, but sadly they didn't show up when they were supposed to. I know Valentine's Day is a busy time for florists, but if this company can't cope with the number of orders, they shouldn't take them on. The whole reason for ordering flowers for a special occasion is for them to arrive on time, and this company completely dropped the ball on that front.
Rose Forever Love
I had an absolutely dreadful experience! I bought a Rose Forever Love and I was really let down by what I got. It was nothing like what they showed online. When I contacted the customer service for a refund, they wouldn't give me any reasons and rejected my request. This company is a total scam and I suggest staying away from them.
Tag line in bio
I can't believe the company actually used a tagline in their bio that stereotypes an entire nation as drunkards! It's so disrespectful and insulting to Irish people. I wouldn't want to support a company that is so unprofessional and ignorant.
Great second purchase
We thought we'd try using Floom again, and we were really happy with how it turned out. Sending flowers to our family in the UK has always been a bit tricky, but using Floom made things a lot easier. The bouquets were stunning, and we were so pleased to see they matched what we saw on the website. Floom actually follows through on their promises and really cares about customer satisfaction, unlike some other online shops. The flowers arrived right on schedule, which just added to our positive impression of Floom.
Dead roses for a birthday present
I was really upset about the dead roses I bought from that place. I can't believe they would have the nerve to sell flowers that were dead before they even got to me. I wanted to give my friend a lovely bouquet for her birthday, but all I ended up giving her was a sad bunch of wilting roses. It was such a disappointing experience, and I won't be buying from there ever again.
Lovely selection of fresh blooms, reasonable price, beautiful vase
I just had to share how gorgeous the flowers I ordered were! They were so stunning and fresh, with a lovely selection of blooms. The colours were amazing and really made my home look bright and cheerful. I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable they were for such high-quality flowers. The vase that came with the bouquet was stunning too, adding an extra touch of elegance. All in all, they were definitely the best flowers I've ever ordered.
Late Flower Delivery
I'm really disappointed with the service I got from this company. I ordered some flowers to be delivered on Monday, but they still haven't arrived and it's now Thursday. I've tried so many times to follow up, but all I've got are really bad excuses and no refund like I asked for. This whole thing has completely ruined what was supposed to be a lovely surprise for a family member. The customer service has been absolutely terrible, and I can't believe I spent nearly £80 on something that never even showed up.
Orchid Display Purchase
I recently bought an orchid display from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed. The flowers arrived the next day as I asked, and they were in perfect condition. It was a present for a family friend who turned 90 and loves orchids because her husband used to grow them. She absolutely loved the display and said it was "absolutely beautiful". The website was also easy to use, making ordering really easy and stress-free.
Underwhelming floral arrangement
I was really disappointed with the flower arrangement I got from this company. The flowers were dry, wilted, and not arranged nicely. They looked like something you could get in a supermarket for way less money. The whole presentation was dull, no extra greenery, and the wrapping was damaged like it had been knocked around. Worst of all, there was no note to say who sent them, so I had to ring up to find out. When I did, the customer service person wasn't helpful at all and said only the person who ordered them could complain. It left me feeling frustrated and really let down by the whole thing.

I used this company for flower delivery recently and I must say I was really let down by the whole experience. They said they tried to deliver the flowers but I didn't get any notification or attempt made. When I reached out to customer service, they weren't very helpful and even wanted to charge me for another delivery. I wouldn't advise using this company for flower deliveries.
Late flower delivery
I was so disappointed with the flower delivery service I used as a customer. I had ordered some flowers to be delivered on a specific day, and I made sure to stay at home all day waiting for them. The delivery window was between 10am and 6pm, which felt like a long time, but I was happy to wait. Unfortunately, the flowers never showed up. I kept waiting and waiting, but no delivery ever came. I can understand that delays might occur, but not getting any updates or communication about my order was not good enough. I really value punctuality, so I felt frustrated and really let down by this experience.
Peony delivery
I bought some lovely peonies for my boss from this service and was really impressed with their attention to detail. They not only gave next day delivery, but also gave me a call to double-check the delivery details instead of just assuming. My boss said the peonies were the best they've ever received. What really stood out to me was the personal touch of writing out the card message I sent. That little extra effort made the whole experience feel more personal and considerate.
Local florist, easy to compare prices
I really loved using the platform to help out a local florist and being able to easily check prices and choices. The bouquet I got for my friend was absolutely gorgeous, and she was over the moon with it. The flowers looked just as lovely as they did in the photo, maybe even better! I thought the prices were great and the website was easy to use and quick. No question about it, I'll definitely use this service again in the future.
