    After spending a lot of time researching different options for my 3 A-Levels, we ended up choosing a company that seemed to fit our needs perfectly - they provided high-quality service and the tutors were really responsive. It was a tough decision, as there are so many similar companies out there and the prices are no joke. But after thinking about it carefully, we went with the one we decided not to mention. The experience was mostly positive, with well-organised lessons and tutors who were always quick to help if we had any questions. Unfortunately, we had to stop the course unexpectedly. Even so, the company was really fast in giving us a refund since it was still within the cooling-off period. Their customer service rep, Niamh, was really understanding and went above and beyond to offer support and good wishes. If everything goes well, we would definitely consider going back to this company in the future.

    I bought a phone from this shop not long ago and I was really impressed with how quickly it was delivered and how good the phone was. I ended up returning it because I realised I'm more of an Apple person than an Android person, but my experience was still good overall. The customer service folks were great, especially Sarah who was really nice and helped me out with the return. Even though I ordered a phone in "fair" condition, I was surprised to see that it was actually in excellent condition when it arrived.

    My recent online shopping experience was an absolute nightmare. The website was all over the place and really hard to use, which meant it took ages to actually place my order. When I finally managed to do it, they went and cancelled it! The worst part? They took the money from my gift card but made me wait over a week for a refund.     Late delivery of France v England Rugby tickets

    I'm really disappointed with the service from this ticket provider. My stepdad's tickets for the France v England Rugby game on March 16th did not arrive in time, which caused a lot of stress as we were leaving for France the next morning from the UK. I sent multiple emails but got no response or solution. It's not good that there are no phone numbers or a way to contact them on social media. This whole experience has been so frustrating and I wouldn't recommend using this service again.

    I have to say, I've always thought the clothes from this company were pretty good. Sure, they can be a bit pricey, but you can't fault the quality.     Spa break gift for wife's birthday

    I treated my wife to a spa break for her birthday. We stayed at a hotel that wasn't great, but the staff at the front desk were friendly. The room we had was really small and old, so we kept rolling into the middle of the bed. The changing rooms at the spa were awful, like really dirty public toilets. The pool area floors were also dirty. Then some workmen came in with muddy boots and took over the sauna, they were loud and drunk, which made it impossible for anyone else to use. The only good thing was the food, it was delicious. Overall, it was a waste of money and spoiled my wife's birthday. I won't be going back there, and I won't recommend it to my friends.

    Policy changes, deposit refund issue

    I had a really bad experience with this company. They said my no claims discount couldn't transfer from my car to my van, even though my new insurance company had no problem with it. They said it was in the policy, but I couldn't see that anywhere. On top of that, they hiked up my policy by £400 after the changes. I had to cancel and find a different provider. I was hoping for a full refund on my deposit as I was still within the 14-day cooling off period, but they hit me with a £90 cancellation fee, which is really high compared to other companies. And as if that wasn't enough, I kept getting emails from a finance company days after I cancelled, showing that they're really slow with paperwork. My advice would be to stay away from them.

    I've been caught up in a few online dating scams, with 5 different scammers trying their luck on me through places like Christian Mingle and LinkedIn. I decided to take matters into my own hands by doing some photo and name searches on Social Catfish, managing to identify three of the scammers on my own. But for the first one, I needed the help of the pros at Social Catfish to dig deep and uncover his true identity and location, confirming my suspicions. When I confronted one scammer based on my findings, only one of them agreed to a video call to say sorry and show their real self. The other two scammers were a bit harder to pin down, but thankfully Sheridan and Josh Bryde from Social Catfish were able to expose them as frauds using stolen photos. The service from Social Catfish, especially with experts like Sheridan and Josh, has been a real lifesaver in keeping me safe from these sneaky scams. Thanks to their thorough work, I've decided to give online dating a miss, as it seems to be a hotspot for scammers.
