    First order at the end of December

    I recently bought something from this company right at the end of December. At first, I liked that they have been around for a long time, so I didn't really pay attention to any bad things I'd heard. But, turns out, my experience wasn't great. The stuff I ordered on the 31st of December didn't arrive until the 12th of January, which was a bit rubbish. And when I finally got it, I wasn't impressed. The quality wasn't great, and the fit wasn't right. The clothes just looked and felt cheap. So, I decided to send it all back.

    Raincoat purchase

    I recently went to the store and honestly, it wasn't as good as I was expecting. I bought a raincoat but then found out that French Connection doesn't do refunds on sale items. No one told me this when I was buying it, so now I've got a £70 credit note that I don't really want. I had to take the raincoat back because it didn't fit properly, and now I'm stuck with store credit that I'm not happy about. It's really annoying that they didn't make it clear about the refund policy for items that are on sale, and now I'm just feeling let down by the whole thing.

    White trousers purchase

    I bought a pair of white trousers from this brand thinking they would be good quality, as the reviews online were positive. However, after wearing them just once, the hem on one leg completely unravelled, making the trousers unwearable. I contacted customer service with my order number and photos of the problem, but unfortunately, I didn't get a helpful response. All in all, I'm really disappointed with the product's quality and the lack of support from customer service.

    Two dress orders

    I tried to buy two dresses from the store three times, but they kept cancelling my order without telling me why. I contacted customer service several times, even answering security questions, but they never fixed the problem. It's really annoying to have so many issues with such a basic order that they can't seem to get right.

    Dress was terrible

    The dress I bought was a total disaster! It took ages to arrive, and I couldn't even track it properly. When it eventually showed up, the material felt cheap, the fit was all wrong, and it was wonky. It seemed like they didn't bother to make it properly! Also, the button loops were the wrong size - what a joke! To add insult to injury, I had to fork out for return postage. What a waste! The brand used to be good, but not anymore. I'd steer clear if I were you!

    I can't believe how long it took for my order to arrive. I placed it on the 4th of January and only got it today on the 17th. It's really annoying to wait that long for something that should have come sooner. In the end, I bought the stuff I needed from a different shop and now I'll have to send back most of the items from this order. Such a waste of time and money!

    Size 18 dress not available

    I was really disappointed to discover that Great Plains doesn't carry size 18 dresses. Being a woman with a normal body, it's frustrating and feels unfair that they don't offer a more diverse size range. It's disappointing to see a brand I've always liked not valuing and understanding the different body shapes of their customers. Their lack of inclusivity has definitely made me not want to shop with them in the future.
