Beddings and cushions
I have had to make Furn my personal place when it comes to bedding, curtains, throws and accessories due to how they have been able to convince me with the product I bought from the company right from the first time. Customer satisfaction is a key in every business and I gladly say I have enjoyed that from Furn. Guess what? I don't think they are biased in anyway. So if I could enjoy their products and be satisfied, I believe everyone else can too. I therefore recommend the company to anyone reading this to try out with Furn for all outdoor cushions, beddings and more. Definitely a place you will appreciate doing business with just like I did.
Cushion cover, pre-filled cushions, duvet set purchase
I recently bought a cushion cover, pre-filled cushions, and a duvet set from Furn, and I have to say, I'm really happy with my choice. The items are beautiful and they've given my home a fresh, stylish feel. I haven't washed them yet, but they look like they're good quality so I'm sure they'll last. I absolutely love my new purchases and I'll definitely be going back to Furn for any future home decor bits and bobs.
Cushions, super good!
I recently ordered some cushions and they were surprisingly cheap, so I was a bit sceptical about their quality. However, they arrived really fast, in a massive box, and I must say they are absolutely lovely. They're soft and luxurious, way better than some pricey ones I bought elsewhere. I'm definitely planning on getting more of them.
Bed covers purchase
I'm really happy with the bed covers I bought from Furn. They're of such good quality and look stunning in my bedroom. The delivery was actually quicker than I expected, which was a nice surprise. I'm already thinking about getting more things from their website, and I'll definitely be placing another order soon.
Cushion covers
I was so disappointed with the service I got from this company. Ever since I placed my order, I had problems with delays and had to keep asking about the status of my order because it hadn't been processed. When the cushion covers eventually came, I was really surprised by how bad the quality was and I had to send them back. But the return process was a total disaster. Yodel charged me a ridiculous £8.00 for the return and then somehow managed to lose the package. I ended up paying a lot just to send back two light cushion covers, which is just not right.
Cover purchase
I bought a cover from Furn not long ago, but it was the wrong size. When I got in touch with their customer service team, they guided me through the return process. After sending the cover back, I got a refund that was 5 GBP less than what I paid without any explanation. I've tried reaching out to them by email, but haven't heard back yet.
Cushions and throws
I absolutely loved the service I received from start to finish. The delivery was super quick and the cushions and throws I ordered are just beautiful. I'll definitely be ordering from them again in the future.
Cushions order
I bought a pair of cushions on 17th February, hoping to get them in 3-5 working days. But, they didn't turn up after waiting for ages. The order page still said they'd be sent out in 3-5 days, which clearly wasn't happening. So, I got in touch with customer service to ask what's going on, and they told me they were expecting the cushions to be back in stock by 28th February, but there was no definite confirmation about it.
Cushions purchase
I ordered some cushions from this place and they took absolutely ages to arrive! The packaging was a bit ripped, but luckily the cushions themselves were fine. They're not as soft as I expected, so I might try a different type next time. The colour is nice though. However, they really need to improve their communication with customers. It's frustrating not knowing when our orders will arrive.
