I recently decided to treat myself to the Avant 12 Days of Christmas, Zodiac Advent Calendar from their website after hearing great things about their moisturisers and lip scrubs. The calendar was a fantastic deal and I couldn't wait to see what was inside. Even though I'm in Ireland, the delivery only took about a week but it was definitely worth it. The calendar exceeded all my expectations - the products were full-sized and the packaging was really luxurious. I loved how much care was put into choosing the products for the calendar. Despite some mixed reviews I've seen online about Avant Skincare, I believe in forming my own opinions about products and companies. After my experience with the Advent Calendar, I have no doubt in recommending Avant Skincare and I would definitely buy from them again in the future.

I wouldn't recommend spending your money on this particular brand. The jewellery is way too expensive and the quality is really terrible. I bought a few pieces and I honestly regret spending a single penny on them. They looked cheap, felt cheap, and just fell apart after a few days of wearing. When I tried to get in touch with customer service to complain about the faulty items, I didn't hear back from them at all. It seems like they just don't care about their customers or their reputation. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this brand, it's just not worth it.

I bought a dress from this shop the other day and honestly, I'm really disappointed with it. To start with, they charge a massive £4.95 just for delivery, and then another £4.95 if you want to send something back. I think that's way too much, don't you? Plus, when I ordered my usual size 8 (XS), the dress that arrived was more like a size 6 (XXS). It was a total shock as I already have 8 other dresses from this brand in a size 8 and they've always fitted perfectly. It's so frustrating that they can't be consistent with their sizes, and now I'm put off shopping there again.

The lady I spoke to was really nice and understanding. She said sorry for the trouble and promised to send out a new black cartridge straight away. And you know what? The next day, the replacement cartridge arrived, along with a bag for me to send back the old one for recycling. And guess what else? They even chucked in some tea bags as a nice touch. The new black cartridge is working perfectly now, and I'm super happy with the help I got from Cartridge People. Time to make a cup of tea!

I had booked an automatic car through my insurance provider, but when I got to the branch in Oldham near Manchester, they didn't have any automatic cars available. No one had told me about this beforehand, so I had to return the next day only to be told the same thing again. LV insurance promised me that an automatic car would be brought in the afternoon, but it never showed up. The staff's lack of communication and complete arrogance was absolutely terrible.

West Bromwich Stolen vehicle
When we got to the place, my car was stolen right outside the front door. The staff at reception didn't seem to care about what had happened to us at all. Even though we told them we had two autistic babies and three older children with us, all they said was that we had to leave by 10. We were left with nothing but the clothes we were wearing, since all our money and belongings were in the stolen car. The car park itself looked like it had a lot of thefts happen there, with broken glass everywhere.

We found that the skip the line tickets for historical sightseeing were a great choice for us. It was really nice to explore the Acropolis and other historical sites at our own pace without being in a big tour group. The Acropolis was absolutely incredible, and the other sights were really interesting too. Although having a guide could have helped by giving us more background information, we preferred to go at our own speed. After sightseeing, we went to Plaka for dinner and to buy some souvenirs, although it was a bit too touristy for our liking.
