The engraving was right, but the ring itself wasn't what I had ordered - plus, it was a whole size bigger than I needed. I reached out to the company with photos showing the mix-up, but they weren't very helpful, insisting that I was wrong. Eventually, they did send me the right ring, but the initial mistake and their lack of acknowledging it left me feeling unsatisfied.

Don't fall for the fake ads saying these bands are from Seattle, Washington. Turns out my order came from China, so I feel let down. I'll be asking for a refund because of this dishonesty. It's best to support local businesses and buy products made in North America for better quality and accountability.

I recently bought The Coruscant and I was really pleased with how good it looked on me and the quality of the item. It came pretty quickly, looked just like it did on the website and was packaged up really well. Even though I'd seen some bad reviews, my experience with both the product and the service was actually really positive.
Misleading ring purchase
I had a really bad experience with this company when I ordered a ring in March. It was a total nightmare from the start. The ring I got didn't look anything like the one on their website - it was meant to be white gold but turned out to be yellow. When I complained, they had the cheek to say that's how they do it now. Seriously? That's not what I paid for. They said they'd replace it at no extra cost if the new one was pricier, but we could keep the wrong one. That set off alarm bells for me. The ring I actually wanted was also delayed, which seemed to be a pattern with them - missed deadlines and false promises. After waiting for ages and being given one excuse after another like "It'll be ready soon", I'd had enough. I asked for a refund and to cancel the order. Suddenly, my ring was miraculously finished and on its way to me. It took a detour from China straight to me, even though they said it was rushed. When I tried to return it, they refused and claimed they worked with manufacturers worldwide. But that doesn't excuse their dodgy ways and lies. I also found out some of their ring descriptions were exactly the same as another jewelry site's. No creativity or honesty here. I've had it and I'm going to report this deceitful company to my credit card provider with all the evidence I've gathered, like emails, their dodgy return policy, and proof of being scammed.
Fake jewelry purchase
I thought I was getting a really good bargain on some one-of-a-kind handmade jewellery, but all I got was a cheap plastic imitation. The website is misleading and obviously copying real designers. Don't waste your cash, go somewhere else to shop.
Birthday gift ring
The ring looked absolutely beautiful when it arrived, and my husband was thrilled with it. The only problem was that it came a couple of days later than we were hoping for, so I couldn't give it to him on his birthday as planned. But even though that was a bit disappointing, the ring itself was really impressive and my husband was so happy with it.
