This lack of communication made me a bit worried, especially after reading reviews of others not getting their bikes. But after getting in touch with Insync Bikes, the bike did arrive a day or so later. Despite this bump in the road, I have to say we are really happy with the quality of the bike. It seems to be a well-made bike made in the UK, which is always a good thing in my opinion.

I'm really not happy with the internet connection I'm getting from this provider. It's just so bad. The speeds are nowhere near what they said they would be, and it keeps cutting out all the time, which makes it impossible for me to use more than one device at a time. I even tried using a booster from another company to make it better, but it didn't work at all. Honestly, the service is so unreliable, and I can't wait to change to a different provider as soon as I can.

This whole experience has left me feeling really let down and worried about how they handle billing.

I've had a really frustrating time with this company recently. I've been a customer for years, but this year, I've had lots of problems with my orders. In July, I bought some plants that never showed up. I got in touch with customer service and after waiting for more than a week, they told me my plants were being delivered that day. Skip forward to September, I decided to try again and made another order. It's now December, and I'm still waiting for my plants. I've sent loads of messages and emails, but haven't heard anything back. One of my emails even bounced back, showing they've changed their email address. It's safe to say I won't be shopping with them again, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company.

But, I had a problem with the saved items bit, it was annoying and took up loads of my time. Also, even though I qualified for free delivery, I couldn't get it, which was a bit of a let-down. I was really disappointed with my experience with this company. I asked them to cancel my order because the item looked different in the picture and they didn't have the colour of shoe I wanted. They still took my money and sent the order anyway. When I got in touch to complain, they said they never got my email, which was annoying because I knew I had proof I sent it. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this company as they didn't listen to what I wanted and lied about what they did.

Hey, so I bought something and it didn't come with any instructions - how annoying is that! And then, when I tried to return it, they said I had to pay for it. What a rip-off! And get this, when I asked for the dimensions so I could get ready for the return, they actually told me to measure it myself! Can you believe it? It seems like they're just trying to save money by cutting corners wherever they can.

We recently went on a bus tour of Vietnam and it was such an amazing experience exploring this beautiful and exotic country. Our tour guide, Mr Lap, was the absolute highlight of the trip. He was so knowledgeable, passionate, and had a great sense of humour which made the tour really enjoyable. Lap really went out of his way to make sure everyone in the group was well looked after and informed. He made us feel at ease from the start and we appreciated all the interesting information he shared about Vietnam's history and current events. Travelling with a group of lovely people also enhanced the overall experience. The food at the restaurants was a bit hit and miss, but the accommodation was top-notch, with lovely hotels and friendly staff who made us feel right at home. We would definitely think about doing another tour with this company in the future.

The whole process of ordering and trying to get information was really disappointing, and I felt like the company wasn't very professional. Oversized Classic Shirts
I recently bought two shirts from this company, with one being a classic style that ended up being way too big. I got in touch with them to see if I could exchange it, and I even made sure to mention it in an email and on the return slip. However, I ended up getting a refund for the shirt instead, but they took off £40 for some reason. I was pretty annoyed about this, especially since I had bought the shirts on sale, so it didn't seem fair to me. On top of that, they also wouldn't refund me for the postage.
