    Waste of money

    This company is absolutely terrible! They shafted me by taking my money for an order that never arrived and then sent it to the wrong address. When I requested a refund, they flat out said no. On top of that, they're not even regulated by the FCA and don't have a proper complaints process. The customer service was shockingly rude and totally unhelpful. I'd steer well clear of them if I were you!

    Extra charges without notification

    I was really let down by the experience I had with this company. I placed an order and was really surprised to see some extra charges on my bill that I hadn't been told about beforehand. When I got in touch with them to ask for a refund, the customer service I received was pretty poor and they couldn't sort out the problem. It's been months since January and I'm still waiting for it to be sorted out. I definitely wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.

    My recent return experience

    I'm really fed up with the whole return process at the moment. The company sent me these return labels to use with Yodel, but every time I've tried to drop off my parcel, the labels won't scan. I've been to the Yodel drop off shop three times now with three different labels, and each time they turn me away. It's been a real pain having to keep trying to return my parcel over and over again, wasting so much time and causing unnecessary stress. And to make matters worse, I'm not even home during the day to hand it over to a courier, so it's even more difficult for me to sort this all out.

    Sale item with missing part

    I bought something on sale from this company recently and was really let down to see that it was missing an important part. It definitely felt like they did it on purpose because it was the very last items on offer. When I got in touch with customer service, they only gave me a tiny discount to make up for it, which I thought was a bit of an insult. All in all, I was pretty disappointed by the whole thing and wouldn't suggest this company to anyone else.

    Online purchase refund process

    I've had an incredibly frustrating time dealing with the customer service team regarding a refund for something I bought online. No matter how many times I've tried to sort it out, the responses I've gotten have been unhelpful and dismissive. The customer service reps have contradicted each other about when I can expect to get my money back, and it's left me feeling confused and unsatisfied. They've now told me it could be another 6 to 7 weeks before I see the refund, which I think is far too long for such a simple thing. Overall, I'm really disappointed with how I've been treated and would warn others to think twice about shopping online if they want to save time and money.

    Puffer jacket purchase

    I bought this puffer jacket from this brand back in December and just under a month later, I noticed there was a cut in it. I got in touch with customer service and sent them some photos of the damage, but they said it wasn't covered by the warranty because it looked like it had been ripped. I wasn't happy with this response because I couldn't remember catching the jacket on anything. Even if I had caught it on something, the fact that it tore so quickly shows that the product isn't great quality, especially considering how much I paid for it. I've had puffer jackets from other brands that have lasted me 10 years and are still in one piece, so I'm really disappointed with this brand's quality.

    Recent online shopping experience

    I've been a customer of this brand for a long time and I've noticed that the quality of their products and service has gone downhill in recent years. Even though I've been loyal to them since the 90s, my most recent online shopping experience was pretty disappointing. The stuff I ordered came all the way from Poland to Sweden, and the packaging was done so carelessly. One of the things I got was broken, and the other one was just chucked into an open box with the wrapping paper all crumpled up. This meant I couldn't use them as gifts like I planned to. I got in touch with customer service about the broken item and they offered me a small refund, but they didn't do anything about the awful packaging. The lack of care they showed in handling and packaging the items was really disappointing and not what I expected from this brand. Because of this, I've decided not to buy from their online store again and I might even think twice about shopping at their physical stores because of their declining quality.

    Online clothing purchase

    Well, where do I begin with this online clothing store? My experience of making a purchase worth a lot of money hasn't been great - I got nothing in return! It's been weeks since I ordered, and my bank account is empty. Customer service? Useless! The tracking info says my package was never delivered! What a joke. If I knew how unreliable this site was, I would have shopped somewhere else. Avoid this dodgy outfit if you want to keep your money.

    Small cute backpack

    I bought this really cute small backpack from here, it looked lovely when I first got it. But out of nowhere, two stains appeared on the front! I tried everything to get rid of them, but they just wouldn't budge. Now, after 3 months, the whole backpack is covered in stains. I can't believe it! I definitely won't be buying from them again, especially considering how pricey the backpack was.

    As someone who has shopped with this company, I just have to say that the level of incompetence and poor customer service I experienced was beyond belief. The whole shopping experience was a complete nightmare from beginning to end. When I tried to return an item, it was a total disaster - it took them more than a month just to respond to my return request, and even then, the communication was confusing and not at all helpful. The lack of transparency and accountability from their customer service team is just not on. All in all, the whole ordeal left me feeling really frustrated and puzzled as to how a company could operate in such a chaotic and disorganised way.

    It's nearly been a month since I placed my order, but I still haven't got it. I've called and emailed them many times, but they still haven't got back to me. This website is really unreliable and their customer service is terrible.
