    This is a terrible business. I placed my order over a month ago. The item was showing as in stock at the time. However, my order still shows as being “in progress” on their website.
    I have tried calling them, but the phone line rings out. I have emailed twice, and used Facebook messenger - no response.
    I have contacted my credit card provided to arrange a chargeback…however, as the transaction is showing as pending, they can’t action it.
    This means that at some future date, slapiton will be able to take that money. Presumably they think I will have forgotten all about it! And it will be too late to do anything.
    THIS IS CLEARLY SOME SORT OF SCAM. PLEASE AVOID….

    I was looking for a place to get jewellery for my birthday. My visiting friends had always told me to get new set of jewellery. I went online to search for a place to buy a good and quality jewellery and I found The Alkemistry. One of the companies you can patronize when you want to buy jewellery is The Alkemistry. i placed orders for some set of jewellery they have in stock.

    The Alkemistry is a place for women that seek more from their jewellery. The company design jewellery with a philosophy in mind; that luxury should evoke feeling. They offer different pieces of jewellery such as anklets, earrings, ear cuffs, bracelets, necklaces, rings, jewellery cases and watch winders are made available at The Alkemistry online store for customers.

    When I got the box on the day of delivery, I was looking curious and anxious to know the contents inside the box.I was blown away by the cute packaging of the jewellery boxes with the ribbon and note of what they were.

    I am so happy I had found The Alkemistry and patronized them. I would recommend them to other people.

    AMAZING SERVICE I couldn’t believe the price, compared to other services it seemed too low! The parcel (21kilos) was picked up exactly on time and delivered to address in USA 4 days later. Next time I will pack better though as customs made a mess of the box and slit open the plastic bags inside containing clothes. Otherwise perfect service and only cost £85 plus full insurance amount, which was optional. Nearly the same as an extra case on a plane journey, but delivered door to door. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE HIGHLY ENOUGH.

    Why do you keep sending the same review, are you writing fraudulent reviews?

    Total .... This company have so many fake positive reviews! They truly are the worst courier firm I’ve ever used.

    unfortunately these items were too big , not true to size and poor quality. i returned these items on the 12th of may and to date have received no reply to emails from Yumi no refund no explanation . NOTHING ! WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM here again !

    Terrible experience! Please avoid this company. They work as robots.- communication only via email. They don't communicate properly with customers/ don't answer questions., they don't listen to explanations. No chance to talk to anybody over the phone.
    My parcel has been lost. When I've contacted the company to make a claim, I have been told that I NEED to provide documents: receipt or invoice stating the value of the item. I have about 20 emails to them explaining that I am unable to provide such a document because item lost- my mirror, was purchased many years ago. I am extremely upset and angry that not only my lovely mirror has been lost, I have paid the postage and now- I can't get a refund. Terrible experience with this company.

    I’m having the same trouble with them over a damaged item I sent to New Zealand and I paid extra for insurance and they’re not taking any responsibility for it at all. I’ve been in touch with Resolver, an online help website and asked them to add this company to their list of companies they look into, and hopefully they’ll help me get sorted out. Really really upset with them!

    This company continue to steal payments from my bank account even though I cancelled back in september. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY unless you're ok having 11.99 being stolen from your bank account.

    Same here. They continuously take money from my account, send nothing, and send me an email stating my card didn't go through. Looks like D.O.R.A will have to take care of this.

    One stop shop for household purchase

    Vidaxl has become one of the common habits. Whenver I need to purchase anything of my households of any category like of furniture repairing N all.
    It is the first and only place I GO.
    Easy, Affordable. you get everything under one roof. varities & brands.

    I purchased a £430 electric awning through Amazon, not realising that the company is based in the Netherlands and was not notified that the product came in three separate packages. The first package arrived in a battered box loosely held together with sellotape. I requested a refund thinking parts were missing then a few days later the other two packages arrived. There were a million parts with very basic instructions. My husband managed to put it together and we eventually erected the 55kg awning only to find that the motor was completely dead and the hoop to hook the crank handle in was missing. I informed the company who offered a part refund of £70 ????, which I reluctantly accepted because it was more hassle to take the awning down and I thought I might at least be able to use it to find the spare parts, which were subsequently nowhere to be found. After complaining via Amazon and also directly to VidaXL, they later informed me they could send me the spare parts instead of a part refund so I asked them to cancel the refund and send the parts because the awning is currently inoperable. I waited a week because they said they were waiting to hear from their finance department. Another week later they have told me the refund has been issued (despite me requesting cancellation) and they refuse to send or even let me purchase the spare parts. Amazon said they would obtain the spare parts on my behalf, but were unable to do so because VidaXL said they’d issued me a part-refund, which at the time they hadn’t. So I’m left with a useless Awning and the refund has not yet appeared in my bank account ???? Appalling customer service - I wouldn’t risk buying anything from this company again!!

    I feel so far it's been pretty good I've only done one module, the info was relevant and I thought was helpful. There were times it would pause/load, wouldnt be hard to get it back running again but a bit annoying since you would be missing stuff everytime it would need to load. I would like the option of going back or forward if I want to or need to. The fact that the modules are scheduled though really has the opportunity to give the student motivation to get the lessons done instead of the access it at anytime and finish it anytime option hasnt worked for me in the past so I prefer how this is set up.

    I had been considering buying a ring I had seen on the website but was very nervous to spend so much on line, I spoke on live chat with the sales team and they were absolutely brilliant and reassured me so I went ahead with the purchase and was over the moon when it arrived the next day beautifully packaged and it fit perfectly.     My experience.
    Found a package online to suit 3 adult family specifically swayed by duplex apartment for bit extra room.
    Booked online.
    Email stating pending
    Phone call day after price gone up £200 (flights) and duplex not available either. Pretty pushy rep trying to get ok over phone. Refused till compared at least......
    Found better deal elsewhere even though they did same regarding flight increase but £50 less increase and rest package at least as chosen.
    Out of interest checked online package for holiday gems couple days later and was still advertised at lower price???
    Am sure live increases as they put it should not take that long to update. Mmmmmm.
    Would not consider using again
