    I popped down to the store in Broadstairs to grab some doors, but they were all sold out online. Luckily, Francesca and Melanie were really helpful and managed to save a couple for me. Thanks to their great customer service, I got exactly what I needed!

    Paint and wallpaper

    I wasn't impressed with the service at this store. The staff didn't seem very interested in helping out and they weren't very friendly. The paint and wallpaper selection was okay, but the prices were a bit steep compared to other places I've been to. Ordering was a bit confusing and I had to wait longer than I thought to get my stuff. The delivery was late too, which was quite inconvenient for me.

    Paint and sofa purchase

    I recently bought some paint and a sofa from your shop. The paint was delivered on time, which was good. However, I'm really annoyed about the delay with the sofa delivery. I've been in touch with your customer service through live chats and phone calls, but they told me there was a "glitch" in the system causing the delay. Even after waiting for three days, I was informed that the glitch was fixed but there were still unspecified issues causing the order to be stuck. The lack of clear information and continuous delays have left me feeling very frustrated and let down by the service.

    Outdoor furniture set

    I was really looking forward to receiving my outdoor furniture set, but it never showed up despite being told it was on its way. When I got in touch with customer service to sort things out, they offered me a gift card as a gesture of goodwill. However, I later discovered that the amount on the gift card had been reduced without me being told. When I brought this up with the person who emailed me, they withdrew the offer completely.

    On top of that, the courier handling the delivery was dishonest about the shipment's status and kept contacting me even after it had been cancelled. Feeling frustrated with the lack of transparency and poor communication, I decided to shop somewhere else. I found a better and more affordable outdoor furniture set at a different store.

    All in all, my experience with this company was really disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
