Broken merchandise, refund
I recently bought something and had a really bad time with the service I got. I was hoping to get an email to confirm my order, but nothing came. I got worried and tried to contact customer service a few times, but all they said was that the products got damaged when packing them. I'm grateful for the quick refund, but I can't help but doubt that excuse. It seems like they just didn't want to send my order out in the first place. Also, if my questions were such a problem, they should maybe think about giving customers better updates to start with. It goes without saying that I won't be shopping with them again.

My time at Homebase was a bit of a mixed bag. I bought this cupboard, but when I got it home, it was damaged pretty badly. On the bright side though, the customer service from Dawn was outstanding. She sorted me out with a new cupboard and even helped me carry it to my car.

I recently bought insurance from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service and value they offered. It's such a relief to have that extra protection, especially when you're caught off guard by unexpected events. I had to make a claim once, and it was so smooth and hassle-free. The staff were really helpful and made sure I knew what was happening at every stage. I honestly felt like I was in safe hands with this insurance company.

Bag purchase
The bags they have are really good, and the website is easy to use. But I've been a member for a few months now, and I just can't seem to get the bags I want. Whenever they send me an email saying a bag I like is available again, I rush to buy it, but it's always sold out by then. I've got more than 20 bags on my wishlist and I still haven't managed to buy a single one, which is really disappointing. And having to pay an extra £4.95 for delivery on top of the membership fee doesn't help either. Even though I like the idea and the brand, I don't think it's worth the long-term investment for me.

I was over the moon with my recent purchase from Bargain Max. Ordering was a piece of cake, and I got a confirmation email straight away after placing my order. The service was top-notch, and my items arrived earlier than I expected. The prices were really competitive, and I felt like I got a good deal. The delivery was speedy, and the items were wrapped up nicely to make sure they didn't get damaged. My son went wild for the toys I got him, and he's been playing with them non-stop since they arrived. All in all, it was a cracking experience and I'll definitely be ordering from Bargain Max again in the future.

Expensive dress, poor quality
I can't believe how cheeky this "company" is. I splashed out loads of money on a dress that turned out to be a total disaster. The dress I got didn't look anything like the one in the picture. The material was really cheap, the stitching was all over the place, and the patterns were just ridiculous. My husband even joked that it looked like it was made from old curtains. I've been trying to get hold of them for days - I've messaged, emailed, called, but haven't had a single response. It's so frustrating and I feel completely ripped off. Some people have the nerve to scam customers like this, it's just unbelievable.

I recently signed up for this internet service and everything was great in the beginning, but then they suddenly raised the prices by a huge amount. It was a real shock, and to make matters worse, they haven't even bothered to respond to my letters. It's a bit rude if you ask me. I'm definitely considering switching providers as soon as possible.

Uncomfortable coach seating, rude driver, delayed stop offs
The seats on the coach were really uncomfortable, I couldn't get settled all the way through. The driver, although mostly pleasant, messed up the pick-up point and then got a bit rude and blamed us for it. Thanks to that error, we left very late and got caught in traffic, leading to even more delays and stress. The planned stop on the journey there was delayed, as was the return journey. All in all, it was a total letdown and I definitely won't be doing it again.

I have to say, my time at this shop has been really exciting. The collectible toys I bought were in perfect condition and just as I hoped. The staff, especially Josh, gave incredible service by letting me know right away about picking and sending my order. Because of Josh's hard work, my delivery came on time without any problems. I'm really happy with the service and will definitely come back for more collectibles later on.

I booked a ride with this company pretty easily, but I didn't get an email confirming my booking. Then, when I tried to book another ride using my account, I had to put in my email and log in again halfway through. They should really improve this to make it easier for customers like me. Cheers!

This pair of black stiletto heels, the Agathia ones, are absolutely gorgeous! I love them so much and they are definitely worth every penny. Although, I was a bit let down that there was no heads up about extra toll charges when I made my order. It meant I ended up paying twice the amount for shipping and other fees, which was really annoying, to be honest.

This platform is great for renting out camper vans. I've been renting out my van for about a year now, and I've never had any problems. The customer service team at YesCapa always responds quickly and sorts out any issues within a couple of days. One downside is that you can't communicate with travellers before confirming bookings, and the iOS app does have a few bugs.

I recently ordered a new carpet online and it was a bit of a nightmare, to be honest. The delivery was late, turning up hours after it was supposed to, leaving me hanging around all day. And when it finally arrived, the carpet was a mess - all unrolled, dirty, and with frayed edges. To top it off, the rest of my order was chucked in a box and taped up in a rush, not exactly what I was hoping for. I tried talking to customer service about it all but didn't get anywhere, just some generic excuses. When I asked for a refund on the delivery charge, I got the same old spiel back. While I was at JFK airport in New York, I discovered that there is no longer any lounge access for most flights to Italy from Terminal 8, where my flight was departing from. Apparently, there used to be a lounge for Amex Platinum customers, but it has disappeared. I feel like I've been robbed, Amex! This is definitely not the way to conduct business!

I recently bought four things when there was a sale on, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they arrived and that they were in such good condition. Out of the lot, I was especially chuffed with the white peasant blouse, sage crop trousers, and grey ballgown. They fitted really nicely and were great value for money. However, the rose blazer dress in size 18 was a bit of a let-down as it was too big and the colour wasn't as bright pink as it seemed in the photo, so I sent it back. Still, I think the overall quality of the clothes is top-notch and I'd definitely recommend them for being good value and stylish. Big thanks to Little Mistress for a job well done!
